The location is a little far from Genting. But the scenery here is good and the room is big and comfortable.

So good that I can manage to change my room to Grand ion majestic with my family to stay together. What a nice hotel but accommodation still haven really done for it. Hopefully the next visit all is done and can enjoy over there. Is a very good place to relax and enjoy with my children kids.

The customer service via WhatsApp chat was very poor. As a tourist trying to find the shuttle bus pick-up location, I found the support unhelpful—they gave incorrect directions and were unclear about the pick-up point. The reception also didn’t answer phone calls.
After checking in, the room we were assigned had no hot water. Reception apologized and changed our room, but the whole process of getting to the hotel and settling into a proper room took around 4.5 hours.
If you're not driving, I recommend staying at the main Genting Hotel instead. Otherwise, you’ll end up spending RM10 to RM20 per trip on transport, depending on the time, so staying in this area doesn’t actually save much.
