環境衞生服務都很好,開車進來有很多的彎路要小心,特別是大霧的時候。 早上霧很多,彷彿在仙境,仙氣飄飄,下次還會再來☺️

酒店很漂亮,設施很新,早上直接可以在床上看日出,山景盡收眼底,轉瞬即雲霧繚繞,美不勝收,唯一不方便的是沒有駕車的話,需要預約巴士,需要等待,Grab常常沒有人接單的

We stayed there during the soft launch of the hotel. The room was very spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Bed was very comfortable but toilet can be in a better condition as we could smell oily sewage pipes whenever the toilet was left unused for a few hours. There’s a kitchenette but no hand soap was provided. Food choices were limited though there’s a cafe and buffet breakfast is available. We had a take grab to SkyAvenue for our meals. Shuttle bus service is available but grab works out to cheaper. If it’s foggy, I would highly suggest not to travel at night as the visibility can be very poor.

Overall clean and comfortable. But it's located quite far from Genting theme park. Takes abt 15min drive to reach skyworld.

Well, initially thought went to wrong hotels due to lack of signs or sign board. Check in receptions were quite slow and hope to improve it ya. Give more special promotions if possible. Many thanks! 🙏😀

Service was tip top however the room condition is bad. The water heater is not working. After spending long hours trying to fix it still cannot so we change room. The second room was not done up certain part of the room can see patches of cement on the wall which is not covered.

As far as we know, a new hotel usually needs to have promoted facilities completed for the guests to enjoy before launching. This one is mentioned opened in 2024 ! However, This hotel seems to have different approaches, you can stay but: 1/ no sky cafe/ sky lounge/ sky whatever and no shops , ie retails are ready as promoted. Strangely, even the hotel's staffs never informed us that they are not ready and STILL tell us which floors to go !!! 2/ no concierge around to help with luggage or welcoming us or helping with directions where to go and so on. 3/ lifts and numbering system are very confusing: we stayed at 24th floor but there is no such floor!!!! Instead we had 23A. NO STAFFS directed us. Worst, you can only access the floor with your room key which sensor is mildly "hidden" on one side ONLY of the lift's walls. In the meantime, 2 sides of the walls have floors numbers that you can press to your demise but ONLY ONE SIDE is with the sensor ???? We practically spent a good 10 min or more to figure out where and how to get to our floor before a kind guest showed us the way... 3a/ there 2 x 3 main lifts facing one another, and the floors are NOT NUMBERED the same: > some lifts have top floors while others not > some have our 24th floor but good luck pressing that one !!!!! > And, we mentioned in point (3) there are 2 walls with floors buttons.. test yourself if you can spot the differences !! 4/ As mentioned in point (1), those facilities are NOT ready although some floors are accessible, others are not. Just be ready to be greeted with ghostly empty floors with funny smells. 5/ Smells.. this hotel is so new that funny smells like paints or pungents are abound... 6/ our bedroom.. it is specious... BUT OMG, the bathroom is just "small".. We are 75kg 170cm tall and if 2 of us go in, it is a fitness test on how to NOT elbow each other !!! 6a/ sewer smells is strong and terrible; the wall shower holder is about to come off and 6b/ thinking of enjoying hot shower, better clock yourself well: the hot water turns warm and cold in a few minutes. By this time, it is a game of water ON and OFF in order to get hot water... 7/... and more -ve than positives that we can think to write these here... the point is, QC is VERY BAD and not worth a penny of our money. never come back here again.. oh the rating is high.. the power of media influencers for sure..
