Staff are friendly, environment quite good. Request for non corner room, but at the end get a corner room. The toilet is a bit smelly, especially after flushing the toilet.

An unforgettable experience in my life. They upgraded my room to a sister hotel, which was newly opened. However, the so-called upgrade was actually a downgrade for me, as the environment, service, and cleanliness were terrible. The floor and tables were covered in dust and dirt, and the heater was not working properly. Additionally, there was no phone provided in the room. Basically, the room was not ready for guests. I hope the hotel takes our feedback seriously.

Room is okay clean and spacious but no hot water. Book show name Magtree Genting Highland. Couldn’t locate the place. Check in place Is actually Ion Delemon Hotel.

Actually my booked hotel been upgraded to their next door sister hotel the Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel before I reached the venue. So far, the room is large space and the room is quite clean. And the facilities in this hotel still new and friendly use. Only the breakfast need to improve the variety of served dish.

Super love with this apartment/condo or service hotel whatever you called it! The location was on top of the hill. The weather was cool, the view of the clouds and mountain, perfect for healing! I didn’t joined the breakfast buffet but my family said it was delicious. The pool was great. Indoor pool and have a special indoor playground pool for kids but need to pay. The gym was cool but the main highlight was the shuttle service from the apartment to the genting mall. Love it!! They also have a pink cafe at the lobby which serves great coffee and pastries! Will return to this place soon. Really love it!

Free upgrade to stay Majestic Ion Hotel with great breakfast, we enjoyed everything there! **Not all facilities are available at the moment. **Shuttle bus available with RM 6 per ride in hourly basis (Whole day bus ride from hotel will stop at Sky avenue bus terminal, only midnight bus ride have the option to stop at First world hotel)

對這個房間十分不滿意等了很久都沒有熱水供應 找到維修人員內維修後又要等一個小時但是很快又沒有熱水了。 水不夠熱 ， 山頂入夜天氣凍 ， 四週圍很大霧看不到景色， 體驗十分差

Room is clean and quite new. However, no completely coffee, only tea was provided. In bath room, some how no shampoo and body lotion proved. Location is a bit isolated and road to it was not very good.
