Très bon accueil, l'hôtel dispose d'un service de voiturier avec un parking. Belle chambre au dernier étage bien équipée (tablette pour la gestion de la chambre notamment la musique), une partie salle de bain très grande offrant une belle vue sur le lac. Tea-time de qualité mais service au bar à améliorer. Petit déjeuner de très grande qualité avec de merveilleux oeufs Bénédicte et un très bon panier de viennoiseries. On note aussi ici quelques erreurs au service mais rien d'insurmontable d'autant que les employés font preuves d'une très bonne volonté ce qui est assez rare à notre époque pour être souligné.

Sa passion, son énergie, et sa capacité à personnaliser les sessions pour répondre à mes besoins sont tout simplement remarquables. Cyndie est une perle rare qui incarne l’excellence et la bienveillance. L’ensemble de l’équipe du spa et du sport mérite des éloges : un accueil chaleureux, un professionnalisme irréprochable, et un cadre magnifique pour se ressourcer. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % pour ceux qui recherchent une expérience bien-être mémorable.

The Woodward speaks for itself. I cannot begin to tell you the best things about the hotel. It was perfect and all you could want in a hotel 5 star experience. Being from US the hotels that have been popular in US and Caribbean over the years have been Four Seasons Rosewood and Ritz. Yes I have stayed at an Aman as well and we all know what happened to the Ritz! So I was excited to try another luxury hotel Oetker. I am the pickiest person in the world when it comes to vacations. My family will switch hotels before the suitcases hit the floor in the room. This was top notch! The hotel rooms are wonderful with all suites. High ceilings, large bathroom, and sitting room with fireplace. Control panel for drapes, climate, lights. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh pastries are served by the “Best Pastry Chef in Switzerland”. Spa was pool also superb! The concierge team esp Priscilla was awesome! So personable and helpful. With concierge you usually you have to go up to the desk to speak with them. Priscilla came right up to us on the stairs just to chat and give us some ideas on what to do. I can’t wait to do back again!

I am extremely satisfied and enjoyed the best services provided to me during my stay in Woodward- Geneva in mid November 2024. Specially appreciate all the assistance from Mr. Ian Salati, Rooms Division Manager. The suit room I took was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. It will be my choice for future stays...

The friendliest 5 star hotel ever! True 5 star amenities with true 5 star service. Top notch suites and great food at the Jardinier. We’ll come back for the 2 Michelin star restaurant we didn’t have the chance to experience.
