特別温馨的酒店，服務態度很好，衞生間很乾凈，早餐也很棒，特別是五樓的房間還有露台，在露台還能看到遠處的雪山 要是能夠提供中文服務就更好了

We had a lovely stay at Kipling Hotel. Our room was wonderful - a spacious corner room with a beautiful balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the station. We were touched when Guest Services left us a sweet honeymoon note and chocolates - such a thoughtful gesture! The only problem was our key card kept deactivating. Over the course of our week-long stay, we had to get it fixed at least five times. Despite this issue, we really enjoyed our stay.

We like our stay in Hotel Kipling. The front desk staff were helpful, polite and kind. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom has a good amount of toiletries supplied. There were robe, slippers. Chocolates, water. The hotel staff sent the Free Guest travel pass 4 days before we check in so we were able to use it as soon as we arrived in the airport.

저렴한 가격에 예약해서 가격대비 위치 청결 시설 좋았다고 생각합니다. 그러나 프리 생수는 없네요 생수 2병에 2만원 냄요 ㅋㅋ

非常不錯的一個歐洲小旅館，維護的不錯。

酒店設計很美，有露台，空間非常充足，有升降機方便移動行李，位置方便，走路到大火車站只需3分鐘，廁所設備，非常乾淨 床舖舒適，睡得很好 只是洗澡時，容易把水濺出，但只是小問題 ！ 早上七點會有噪音，大概因為旁邊就是升降機 如果想睡晚一點，不早出，請留意不要住在升降機旁！ 當天早上八點已有工作人員在外用電鑽做工程，但我只住一天亦早起離開，所以還好吧！ 大致上很喜歡這間酒店，滿意！價錢合理

設施：比較新，酒店復古風 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：日內瓦非常安全，酒店離火車站走路3分鐘，周邊餐館豐富 服務：熱情好客，提前辦理了入住，

酒店很有格調，古樸的氛圍，温暖的燈光，居住環境比較温馨。設施不是很新，但是維護的不錯，衞生比較乾淨。服務很好，很熱情，可以提供微波爐使用，前台有雨傘可以借用。

Room size decent n clean. Basic amenities available. Check in chap wasnt service oriented. Busy with his work and seem impatient to help. If u drive, park outdoor. Indoor basement parking is narrow to exit
