The service is extremely excellent. The food was good I highly recommended to all new comers OFW and people wants to visit in gensan. Wifi is good too✅

Not good.. This hotel is special. Check-in was fast and we were met by kind employees in the reception. Breakfast was simple, and some hot food was cold and we needed to ask for dishes, spoons etc. The room was dark with noisy aircon. No bathroom tissues (!) and no hot water in the bathroom (!). However it was fixed after a call to the reception. But do they check the room when making the room ready for next guest? I don't think so. Two coffee cups but no electric kettle, so how to make hot water? We stayed for two night. They didn't make the room before 2nd day. Check if new towels were needed or new cups, drinking water etc. The rooms really need an update. Room service too.

二度と利用しないです 朝食バイキングも無くなった上にランニングマシンも使えない、アメニティも全然揃っていない。 そして宿泊料金だけ　アップ　もう　利用しません

Other hotels in the area are better and less money No ice, and no refrigerator. NO ice container. Our first room had a black floor. Cannot see the dirt, changed rooms. In sufficient hot water. Don;t recommend this hotel.

Very embarassing hotel to host our International guests from USA providing service to the community of GenSan! The hotel pictures are deceiving - the hotel and the rooms are not that spacious nor elegant as the picture make you believe! It is overpriced for its quality - was a rip off. We stayed there as part of the Medical Mission team from USA/Australia/Singapore/Vietnam - it was embarassing to say the least, as there was no hot water - that is if there is even water flowing from the shower, wifi was weak.

Pros: Conveniently located near the malls, restaurants, banks, and other shops. Just within the compound, you’ll find a convenience store, spa, salon, bank, and the hotel’s restaurant. Room amenities are basic- clean bed and pillows, hot and cold shower, etc. Towels are also clean. Cons: No provision of hair dryer, Wifi is not working!!! (which, for me is big deal because mobile signal is also poor in my room) Drain at the shower is terrible (this is the most problematic. I have to clean up the drain, I know, gross! I paid here to sleep but there I was, cleaning the drain at early morning!!!) Did I get the value for what I paid for? No. Hoping that the management will address these issues.
