Siargao Bleu Resort & Spa

We stayed at Siargao Bleu for 3 nights and wishing we could stay longer. This resort is nestled a few mins from cloud 9 and just a few mins tricycle/toktok ride to the stores, restaurants and bars which was nice because it was very quiet and serene. The staff and the service were top notch. We booked several rooms including a beach front villa where you can just jump in their massive and beautiful pool as soon as soon as you open its’ door. We got a massage right on the beach. Each room gets their own butler which makes it very easy to get things that you need. Special Mention to our butler Edwin who made sure we were well taken care of I highly recommend staying there. I would say the only downside was the choppy wifi and we had a few brown outs while we were there but was easily backed up by their generator. Over all, such a great place to stay! Stayed in this hotel for 4 days for a business trip with my colleagues. We were well taken cared of by the staff, who were attentive to our needs. The Breakfast buffet was good as well, and the Bar had a lot of cocktail options. The property has its own small private beach. Location is close to Cloud 9 and restaurants/bars. It is also a 45 minute drive from the airport. Overall excellent stay.

The location is perfect, the staff are soooooo accommodating, the rooms are ok but internet was TERRIBLE, food was good tho the breakfast could be improved, rates are quite expensive so you would expect better. Still had a good experience.

We all had a grand stay at Bleu. Food was good, as well as the room we stayed in. The swimming pool was also nice. I would like to make a " shout out " to our personal butler, Ms SHANE. She was so efficient and responsive to all our requests. She also has a pleasant personality.

Way over-charged for the quality. For P32,000 per night we could have booked in a much more luxurious resort. Poor breakfast, no set up on table, single use sachet of powdered milk for your coffee with a plastic stirrer, thin paper napkins carinderia style. No toaster for bread, margarine instead of butter, no jam. Items run out on buffet and you have to ask all the time. Table with no basic set-up. Loud karaoke at night. No wifi in resort throughout the 4 days stay. I called for internet in the room Thursday, Friday twice only to get it Friday night. Butler service is useless. They ask to be contacted on Whatsapp but don’t reply! A booking request for Thursday dinner was only acknowledged Friday! Room amenities are cheap: 1 sheet toilet paper, no tissue paper, old towels and linens. Basic pillows. I feel sorry for the staff who has to apologize all the time! We rate it 3 star at the most. Positive: Good design, good staff, good location, Big room and bathroom, huge pool next to your room, private terrace, good beach and beach bar.

This is a beautiful resort with very kind staff and the service is excellent. Breakfast is good . Problems with WiFi in the rooms. Beautiful beach bar, excellent Spa. Great Location for surfing and shopping . Overall highly recommended resort..
