Alpen-Wellness Resort Hochfirst

Zum 3 mal und wir wurden wieder sehr freundlich behandelt. Ich mag das Hochfirst. Es könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle aufrüsten aber noch ist alles im Rahmen. Das Abendessen ist immer sehr gut und man kann nachordern. Die Zimmer werden immer auf Hochglanz gebracht, trotz Kinder die alles verwüsten.

Kommen seid 8-10 Jahren hierhin .. das mal was nicht funktioniert, ok. Aber dieses Mal ist es unglaublich.. Absolute Arroganz .. Die Besitzer oder Geschäftsführer grüßen nicht , auch ok.. Machen ein auf Service, als mein Mann fmorgens fragte ob der Wagen umgeparkt werden kann damit wir schon mal beladen tagsüber , ist nichts passiert. Plätze sind vorhanden. Auch kein Problem sind gut zu Fuß. 😉 Abends zahlt mein Mann die Rechnung wir sind s. g. VIP Member die seit Jahren fast zur selben Zeit hier sind um dann zu erfahren dass das nur für bestimmte Zeiträume neuerdings gilt. ( es geht um 5% Rabatt) Darauf wurden wir nicht mal bei der Reservierung hingewiesen. Auch hier wenn alles 5 S ist , gab es einiges was nicht mehr dem entspricht wir haben über vieles hinweggesehen. Wir haben die Nacht ca. 850.- bezahlt..

The friendliness of the personel unfortunately couldn’t avoid this 3 star review. With A hotel at this level a guest has the right to demand perfection. And even when something goes wrong the offered solution should comply with the level of quality A hotel like HOCHFIRST claims to offer. Our reservation at the Spa which was arranged as A surprise for my wife and daughter two weeks before arrival went completely wrong. No worries, because these kind of things can happen and aren’t too difficult to resolve, right? Well, this hotel succeeded in making us feel completely unimportant by first ignoring us the three days after this incident, and then offering a cheap and unelegant solution (ignoring my daughter) that almost felt like an insult. I felt ashamed to be confronted with such a situation and expressed this on several occassions during our stay. They did nothing with it, went on smiling as if nothing happened and ignored the complaint completely. After returning home I received an e-mail appologising for the late reply (again) and asking me if I would appreciate A phone call from the director. You know what I would have appreciated? The director had A whole week during our stay to talk to me, but chose to call me AFTER we checked out and returned home. That phone call was purely meant as damage control to avoid me from writing A review like this. Dear HOCHFIRST management; please learn to take guests seriously, or at least give them the feeling they are been taken serious. It would have been a pleasure to write how friendly Daniele and Anji and herr Oliver welcomed us in the restaurant, but not being taken serious and being ignored has put A shadow over this. A missed chance for HOCHFIRST. And two more things: the orange juice is being presented as fresh but definitely doesn’t taste like that. And the sauna is textile free for hygiëne reasons while at the swimming pool upstairs NOT ONE GUEST takes A shower before entering the pool (A sign is also missing) so this definitely needs improvement. If you are willing to pay A premium price for A premium hotel and don’t mind details as described above, then hochfirst might surely Be your choice.

An amazing hotel with the sweetest staff & delicious mouth watering food. Honestly the best honeymoon destination we could have chosen. Everything perfectly organised. Spa is amazing, pool has outdoor heated - very nice experience. From the moment you arrive you are pampered all through out. We were lucky enough to get an upgraded room since we told them its our honeymoon vacation and it is breathtaking. Both breakfast and dinner are top notch, a variety to choose from and deliciously made. Morning ‘newspaper’ made by the hotel is left at breakfast table to update you about the day. The view and everything. Well done to everyone especially the staff for making this a wonderful experience.

Beschämend peinliches Verhalten der Senioren. Man fühlt sich unerwünscht und störend als Gast. Bedrückende Stimmung im Haus. Personal freundlich, aber aufgrund mangelnder Deutsch- bzw. Englischkenntnisse keine Kommunikation möglich. Haus teilweise veraltet und ungepflegt, Fitnessraum ein Witz, Whirlpool dauernd defekt. Service beim Abendessen indiskutabel schlecht, falsche Gerichte, Getränke, Reihenfolge. Bad in Suite war so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut mangelhaft.

We stayed at this hotel earlier in the year on our first ski trip to Austria. We have stayed in many five star hotels all round the world and I can honestly say this is by far the best service at a hotel we have ever received. The staff are so friendly & go above and beyond to make your stay perfect (especially Marcus in the restaurant who was outstanding …thank you). The hotel facilities are 10/10 (lovely spa), the location is 10/10 (ski in ski out) the rooms are kept lovely and clean & have everything you need. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing, so much choice with varying menus. They were so accommodating as I’m gluten-free and I had more choice than at any restaurant I’ve ever been too. I’m not sure what else I can say apart from you will not be disappointed if you stay here. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will be going back next year.
