Do not stay at this hotel!!! We were put in a basement room and told that despite the fact that there were only 6 people in the hotel the manager wouldn’t upgrade us unless we paid more !! The restaurant was closed. We had to eat at a camp site which closed at 6

This hotel was as near perfect as you can get. Really comfortable in all aspects but, above all, the family who run it are so generous and delightful that it was all so easy. When Storm Boris hit and Austria was being seriously battered by terrible rain and storms, we were able to leave early and return to the UK and, once again, the family were more generous and helpful than at any hotel we have ever stayed at. I only hope that the storm did no damage to the business because they deserve every possible success. Thank you so much for a tremendous - if shorter than hoped - rest and enjoyment.

Nach 2019 haben wir uns auch dieses Mal für den LETTNERHOF entschieden, um das Konzert CLAM ROCK zu besuchen. Die sehr großen Zimmer, die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zur Burg Clam - genau das Richtige für uns. Sehr günstig, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Für Radfahrer, die den Donauradweg entlang fahren, ein idealer Ort für einen Zwischenstopp. Einziger Nachteil: in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es keine Restaurants mehr, zum Abendessen muss man in die nächste Ortschaft (z.B. Mauthausen oder auch Perg) fahren - ist aber kein Problem. Beim nächsten Konzert, das wir auf der Burg Clam besuchen, werden wir wieder im LETTNERHOF Quartier beziehen.

Horrible: we booked in december 2022, through Booking, it was paid and confirmed, it was 45 euros. Just 3 days before our arrival day (and we were already on holiday): they wrote (only in German, they told through Booking the weren't able to speak English, and they didnt want to solve it through Booking, which i think is very not nice! Two options: cancel or pay 185 euros. We didnt agree, so they just cancelled our Booking. And then Booking said we wanted to cancel it, so it's very disgusting business how this went.

Wir haben hier übernachtet während unserer Radtour nach Wien. Ich muss sagen. Es ist ein Top Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den unteren Räumen gebucht, bekamen aber ein Upgrade auf ein Businesszimmer. Vielen Dank dafür. Zum Hotel: Sehr geschmackvolles Haus. Für unseren Geschmack tolle Ausstattung. Schöne saubere Zimmermit schöner Größe . Toller Frühstücksraum mit Donaublick. Tolle Auswahl mit allem was man sich wünscht und benötigt. Restaurant hatte leider Ruhetag, wir hätten hier gerne gegessen. Schöner Abstellraum für die Fahrräder. Abschließbar und Werkzeug für evt. Reparaturen vorhanen. W-Land und Fernsehrer funktionierten einwandfrei. Personal und Service waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmern Aufenthalt.

Our family stayed at Donauhotel Lettnerhof while on a bike trip along the Danube. This hotel was a welcome respite after a long, hot day of cycling! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and spacious. The woman at the front desk (I am guessing owner) was extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a locked bicycle room and laundry -- a big bonus when you are traveling! The restaurant featured good Mediterranean food. We appreciated that there were several vegetarian options. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and fueled us up for another day of cycling! Overall we had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area!
