The actitide of the staff is lousy, simply answer the nonsense to avoid my serious enquiry.. although is the budjet hotel.but at least to provide the services as the motel do .very disappointed.wont stay at the same hotel again.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. Booked via OYO app and paid online. Called them earlier that I will be late and they said not a problem. Finally arrived at 11pm after more than 10 hours drive. Was told by the nice lady at the front counter that rooms were double booked and no single rooms available. Discussed for a solution e.g. free upgrading as it was not my fault they double booked. Nice lady called her manager/owner. I told him of the binding contract and asked for help. This rude manager/owner sarcastically told me there is only the TOILET available. He further rudely told me if I want him to build a new room with cement now to accomodate me and the last straw was when he threatened to call the police. He also told me this is not the first time it happened and he is not afraid nor rattled of this issue. He told me to deal with OYO myself and this is not his problem. How can he treat a paying customer like this. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE.

Small room, very claustrophobic for big person like me. They say have TV but TV ripped off wall as shown in photo and don't bother hide live wiring/screws. Say have WiFi, but when asked for password they say the WiFi down for months. Blanket very thin and small for 180cm person like me. The door not very secure, only single lock and your one key can open every single door room (tested) Overall I feel like I staying in prison if anything, the exposed live wiring also problematic
