工作人員挺好的，衹是老闆格局太小，在這裏住了6天，提前一天退房預的房費都不退，才幾百塊，真沒想到這麼沒格局。風景還不錯吧，但是床很硬，床單上都起球了，不太推薦入住，加一點預算住濱海吧！民宿踩坑，不推薦！

Wieża ma kilka lat ale pokój jest już zapuszczony jak by miał 20. Pralka nie działała, na balkonie pełno petów i paczek po papierosach. Z tę cenę w i w takim miejscu to powinni chociaż dobrze posprzątać. Jedyny plus to lokalizacja i dobre widoki z basenu. Za kilka lat jak to miejsce stanie się popularne i zamieszkałe to straci całkowicie swój urok.

Our stay was terrific, although the location being a bit farther from the main town area presented some challenges with ride-sharing drivers finding us. However, we truly appreciated the peaceful environment and absolutely loved the stunning view from our room.

這個民宿極其不推薦：1. 位置確實比較偏，基本上到遊玩的地方需要開車一個小時以上；2.民宿管理問題很大，我定房時給我説明瞭是一張大床1.8米和一張雙人床，但實際是1.5米的床和1.2米，三個成年人和一個小朋友根本沒辦法睡，衹能在沙發上睡一個。然後房間灰塵比較大，進去之後鼻炎就犯了。還有一個最基本定位問題，床墊是反的，彈簧在上面，帶軟墊的一面朝下，這是一個低級錯誤。3.我是晚上10點入住的，發現房間床不對，想更換，微信管家和攜程客户都聯繫不上負責人，根本沒人處理，還讓我自己拿十幾張房卡，一間一間去找，這個其實很不尊重客人。4.民宿設施不行，31層的設施就是一個很小的泳池和一個很小的健身房，基本沒人用。5.房間問題也很多，每個房間都沒有床頭燈，洗澡熱水器水開大一點，就不熱。衞生紙像幾十年前的東西。 6. 聯繫管家的時候説的12點入住，結果到了民宿樓下給我説三點才能入住，搞得又開一個多小時去市區；總之：除非是想來看看森林城市這個項目，不然是堅決不推薦！

唯一的優點就是沙灘和玩水的就在附近…. 其他太偏僻.. 房間普通.. 住房之前再三確定説有陽台，入住時候兩間都沒有！

Environment clean and natural..

Good location within forest city, as it is beside the pools and beach, beside the mall and eateries, so everything is just within walking distance.

房間在次頂層41樓，視野特別開闊，一望無際的大海，海外面是新加坡和印尼，處於三國海中交界處。下樓就是海灘，適合度假

Positive feedback: *Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean. *Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it.     *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels. *We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2.     Opportunities for improvement: *Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in. *Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean! *Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)
