"We have stayed here a number of times, however this stay was the worst ever. We had an early flight/early start. The noise from the room next door & upstairs was horrendous all night, people talking loudly, clamping up & down stairs, drop items on floor, this all sounded like it was in our room, needless to say we didn't get much/any sleep. Then when leaving at 6am, there was a car parked in a noncarpark space, which made it extremely difficult to get our car out, there were people outside at this car, but didn't offer to move the car. Very disappointed they we spent money to get a good night sleep before our early flight."

"What was meant to be a nice family weekend was ruined by terrible service from a new, but very average hotel. The check in took forever due to a lack of staff, and the staff that was there were poorly trained. Concerns that were raised with staff were never followed up, and no staff ever took ownership. The rooms were average at best, very small with poor amenities for a new hotel. There are a lot better options, at better prices close by."
