CAUTION: Rooms dirty, management horrible, roof in garage falling down, staff follows you, medicine and tools in bathroom closet. Manager likes to argue and is never there. Water heater took 5 hours to fix. The A/C did not work in next room. That was another 5 hours. If you ask the manager they will say it will be a 20 minute fix

ENVOLVE VACATION RENTALS I had rented 8109 Santee Drive, Kissimmee, FL We we had arrived to the home there were ants, live and dead all over in the home. Cockroaches by pool. Most of the toilet seats were broken (3 or 4) and one would not flush. Garbage disposal broke, Ice maker did not work, Shower was clogged, 1 recliner broken and other was taped with duct tape to fix tear, garbage by pool and skylights in home were disgusting. Mattresses for beds (5 bedrooms total) were extremely hard and one had broken piping around it, which was sharp. I complained and they did come and sprayed and cleaned up ants and fixed shower that was clogged. Wish I would have taken pictures of everything. I guess the cleaning people SAW NOTHING WRONG when they were in to clean prior to our arrival. (OMG) I WOULD NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH ENVLOVE AGAIN. They would not refund anything to me because I did not take pictures of everything wrong. Very disappointed with home conditions and saved and traveled a far way to have this bad of an experience.

We ended up getting some kind of notes on us. My brother in law had to go to the ER. Spider bites. It swelled his eye shut. Other than that it was peaceful. A little pricey when you can get another place with the same things or even more. We spent $600 for 2 days. And I would have been just as happy at a regular motel. But it is quiet and good location but that was about it.

We enjoyed staying here. Secured entrance building. Nice pool and hot tub. Nicely furnished condo. But mostly—location, location, location! Its a 3 block walk to the Parkway and all it has to offer. A 3-4 block walk from Jason Aldean’s after an evening listening to music on the rooftop bar. Just a 5 min drive to the Roaring Fork Motor Trail where you are likely to spot a few bears.

We have stayed here three times in the last 10 years. The room we just stayed in was #111. Pros: 1. Location, location, location! It's a five minute walk to the parkway, Literally, No need to pay for parking on the *****. Not to mention the traffic nightmare. 2, Parking garage attached. 3, Pleasant staff. 4, Great room: two bedrooms. two baths. 5, Clean, 6. Common areas are very well kept, Cons: 1, This room's carpeting was in very poor condition, Stains every where. Very worn, 2, Master bed was saggy, 3, Trim work in desperate need of paint, 4. Wood furniture needs a stain pen taken to it. In other words, the condo is in a great location. It just needs some serious attention for the price paid.

I’d give this a 10 out of 10 IF they elevator codes and the door codes without a 24-7 staffed desk was easier and the walls were pretty thin to hear noise. Otherwise VERY clean. Excellent location. Nice pool. Great layout and washer and dryer!!!

Question: the free parking - how many spots were you able to use during your stay? We are trying to figure this out since we will be staying in a condo that sleeps 8 people. No information to contact the "front desk"

Have stayed at this location twice. The experience we had in July was great which led us to book again for the first week in December. First night was uneventful, the second night my wife found a “bug” crawling in the kitchen sink. She snapped a pic and washed it down the drain. No big deal, a “bug” can happen. The third night we found another “bug” in the kitchen counter followed by a couple other “little bugs” that were actually roaches. It was late and the front office was closed, so she sent an online complaint to Vacasa (who is listed as the renting agency, not Wyndham) which she never received a reply to. The next morning (third day), found another one crawling on the wall near the thermostat along with another by the kitchen sink. Finally able to get in touch with someone at the front desk who offered to have someone come and spray the condo, but we had to leave the unit for that to be done. We all had to take our bags and clothes out to the balcony and shake them out and repack everything for the next morning. We called Vacasa and asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience of unwanted guests but were told since we reported it on the last day (when we could finally get in touch with the front desk, which wasnt the case as we actually reported it prior to that) that the manager denied our request. Luckily we had reserved the unit through AirBnB and they were much more helpful and resolved the issue satisfactorily. Nice property, kids loved the pool in the summer, but doubtful we will return to this location.

Always try to stay here when visiting Gatlinburg area. Condos are spacious, well maintained, comfortable, and always beautifully decorated by owners. Prices very reasonable for two to three bedrooms and baths. I almost hate giving away the secret! They're within two to three blocks of the main drag, and close to the Village and Pancake Pantry as well.
