酒店和候機樓之間有連廊，從到達出來就可以看到，非常方便。2-3分鐘就可以到前台。不知道谷歌為什麼瞎指了其他的路?説是需要19分鐘！

位置非常好，機場出來右轉過馬路就到，而且飯店可直達到火車站，不用繞回機場搭乘 一早就能early check in，非常貼心 預訂了3人房，是1雙人床+1沙發床，還能放3個大行李，空間配置還不錯。床上附有2顆枕頭，不過沙發床上的只有一顆，不知道是不是忘了 但是淋浴間內竟然沒有腳踏墊，腳濕濕的踩出來很不習慣 櫃檯服務人員非常nice

房間很好，超預期效果。就在總站旁邊走路五分鐘。附近都是景點。在總理府對面，瑞士住德國大使館對面。走十五分鐘到國會大廈！主要是前台對中國人很友好！這很重要！

三人出行，預訂了家庭房，酒店位置好，出機場步行可抵達，非常適合轉機入住。酒店早餐也比較豐富，對挪威奧斯陸印象不錯。

因轉機入住一晚，卻在離店後的幾天裏反覆被酒店利用信用卡預授權亂收費，聯繫酒店後也未能第一時間解決問題。工作人員解決問題不專業，不作為，態度差，老牌星級酒店墮落至此。

非常不錯的入住體驗，就在機場的斜對面，火車站的上方，去哪都非常方便！ 比較幸運，提前到了，正好有房間，也順利入住了。 設施：房間面積挺大的，兩個人住，行李箱隨便攤放都可以。浴室花灑水流很大，洗得很舒服。設施不算新，但該有的都有。 早餐：酒店自助早餐很豐富，各類都有，早上很早就供應了，可能是跟着航班走的，已經非常全面了，還有好吃的棕奶酪，很值得一嘗。 環境：酒店的公共區域挺好的，可以小憩或等同伴之類的。電梯需要房間卡才能到相應樓層。 服務：服務挺不錯的，前台處理很迅速有效。
