This adorable 3rd row, ocean view condo is a moment’s walk to the beach and a stone’s throw to the fabulous Garden City pier where you can enjoy a bit of night fishing or live entertainment. Family fun abounds with arcades, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. The screened-in balcony overlooks the marsh and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while the herons play or to unwind with a glass of wine while the sun sets. This rental boasts all the amenities of home with a well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, beach towels, and board games for your enjoyment. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We look forward to your visit and wish you safe travels! We Love This Place! This was our second time staying in this condo! It is truly amazing! The space is perfect! The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials, the living room furniture is comfortable, the bedrooms though small are all you need and perfect for a family! The screened in porch overlooking the marsh is lovely! It is a quick 1block walk to the beach, and we loved being able to go to the arcade, restaurants, and mini grocery without having to get in the car! The pool and hot tub are great as well! Not to mention the in unit washer and dryer is such a plus! If you wonder where to stay in surfside it’s here. The only thing to note is there is no elevator BUT this unit is on the first floor so not too bad! I also loved parking the car under the building as it was always shaded! 5star must stay!

4th of July Vacation Myself, husband, mother & 7 year old son stayed for a quick 4 days 4th of July getaway. We had a great time. Condo had everything we needed to cook delicious dinners, had easy access to the beach and a beautiful marsh view. Highly recommend for a small family or couples getaway.

Family Vacation We had a wonderful stay in Garden City! The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals, which we really appreciated. The view from the porch was absolutely gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just soaking it in. The pool was a big hit with the kids—it was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the marsh. Overall, it was the perfect family vacation. We’d definitely come back!

This is an amazing condo with a beautiful view.It is very close to everything, beach arcade ,pier and restaurants. We really didn't need car to go anywhere ! Very clean and a great host.We hope to enjoy it again on our next trip.

Another 5-Star Spring Break! This was our third year staying in this condo for Spring Break! As always, our host was just a text away - not that we needed anything, the place is always prepared nicely for our family of 4! The location is perfect with everything within walking distance - the beach, the pier, and the arcade & ice cream shop! We love it!!

Another enjoyable stay The June stay was so enjoyable, my family wanted to come back for another visit in Garden City and stayed here for a 2nd time this year. It's clean, comfortable, and the location is great with a nice view from the back porch and the close proximity to the pier. The host is super responsive.
