All good but shower don’t have hot water

펜션이 갈끔하고 깨끗했습니다. . 그리고 사장님이 친철하셔서 되게 좋은 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 뷰가 좋았습니다. 추천합니다. 친구들이랑 같이 가서 신나게 놀고 호수뷰를 즐기면서 맛있는 거 많이 먹고 와서 기분 굿굿 ^~^

Not as described. This pension is filthy and disgusting. The photos from the website do not match the actual room. There is black mold in the bathroom, sticky tape on the wooden spa area, an unpleasant odour throughout, unstable ceilings that appear as though they could collapse at any time, leaking ceilings in the stairwell and the beautiful view is obscured by windows that have likely never been cleaned! The photos must be from a decade ago or some photoshop wizardry is behind the images on the internet. Disappointment is an understatement. TRIP.COM failed to provide a refund even after sending through photos so I have escalated the matter through my financial institution. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!
