Considering the various bad reviews of other properties near Ganpati Phule we chose this place. Positive : Good location & good food.Good view from the room of the sea. Place is well developed and still seems to be under construction. Outside Restaurant area has a premium look. Lot of activities e.g shooting , swimming , gym Can improve: The family suite is on the ground floor of the 2 storey place .The worst thing is their housekeeping is on the same floor as the family suite and other rooms . A lot of things are kept in front of room , this all give a feel of Hostel rather than hotel or resort rooms. Whenever you open the door you see house keeping personnel keep moving around ,this might make you a bit uncomfortable.Housekeeping area should be separated for resort rooms. Food is good but seems pricey.Breakfast spread is wholesome. The worst thing is they have placed a placard “ Parking at Owners Risk “ which is very surprising as the area is under their custody . The planned property is very steep , you need to walk upstairs a lot to access the living space this might be an issue for old people . Though they have an access road , but it is makeshift.

This hotel is located on hill with tremendous view of sea/beach in Ganpatipule. We had superb stay at this property. Breakfast was nice, staff was very helpful. Our car was so dirty, and we received some help for cleaning the car as well. Must visit.

The view from the room and pool is excellent, sadly all good things end there. Rooms are small. Restaurant serves average food. Cleanliness is an issue, bugs in the room and flies in the Restaurant. Services are slow. People are not always polite. Will not visit again

Very Good Resort. Great food. The Restuarant with the sea view is awesome and you can have a wonderful dinner here. The Resort is nearby to the temple and Malgund beach which has lots of water sports. I visited with my family in April 2024.Dont miss on checking out their in-house showpiece store.

This is an ideal resort in the Konkan Coast for those who are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. The beach, a short walk from the resort is one of the best I have experienced in India! The Resort offers 3 decks for outdoor dining overlooking the ocean which is an absolute treat! The Staff at the reception were always most helpful in accommodating your needs - and the staff for dining always so hospitable. They even remember your preferences if your staring longer than a week. Thank you to everyone at Reception - Nihal, Mandar, Siddhika, Nayna, Thank you so much Vikas, Prathamesh and Sudhir for great dining service and a big thank you also for the dependable and excellent car service offered by Abhay and Surya who showed me so many different parts of the Konkan within 2 to 3 hours drive from the resort! I look forward to revisiting for a longer stay next time!

if you are looking to spend a wonderful two days weekend holiday in kokan then this is ideal resort for you. as now lot many long weekend holidays are coming, you can visit this resort and use my coupon "Chef20" to get 20% off. Resort has dedicated steps to the beach and the beach was way too good, clean with silver sand, i am sure it's the best place to spend the evening with your group. located in ganapati pule with best beach view you can get from almost all the rooms of them. rooms are spacious with the best amenities and a huge balcony where you can relax with a coffee in your hand listening to the sea breeze and watching the wonderful sea. This resort has an amazing spa where you can relax, it has a lot of indoor games for us like table tennis, pool, chess and carrom. play area for kids is made superbly. The pool has an amazing infinity view and the size of the swimming pool is huge too, which super relaxing. the restaurant here serves tempting local seafood, Punjabi, Chinese and even continental. cocktails of them are certainly a must-try. breakfast buffet had amazing options too. There are many activities you can do as you while staying in the westbay. paramotoring is the first what we did, the car of the resort takes you to the beach you can enjoy the thrilling ride there. ganapatipule ganapati temple is just 5 mins walk from the hotel so you can visit it anytime. You can visit many tourist places in Ratnagiri too, the drivers and total staff of the westbay are so kind and welcoming. I would strongly recommend West Bay Resort and Spa if you are looking to spend an ideal minimum 2-night weekend. certainly luxurious, relaxing and recharging yourself.
