Very Good Experience for a budget hotel. The hotel is situated very close to M G Marg. Taxi stand is nearby too. ATM, medicine shop and a General store is just next to the hotel. Stayed in 3rd floor and view from the room was good too. Couldn't view Kanchenjunga owing to mists. But i was assured during clear weather mountain is visible. All in all a great stay. Food was good.

The hotel found closed due to under construction when I arrived at hotel location then I have booked other hotel. Now you are asking for review, how can i give review about the hotel where I didn't stay ? MakeMyTrip trip is a fraud who has deducted my money in advance but didn't give me hotel facility. Now i am requesting for refund but the staff of MakeMyTrip is not refunding my money back. Always they have some excuse about refund

1. Dust in cupboard, bathroom
2. Dirty sofas
3. Dirty chairs

5. Due to color work, dust in lobby
6. Intercom not working (though he provided his mobile number)
7. Lift not working not a good ambience, overall. I'd refrain from re-booking and won't recommend not worth. I did not click images

Emergency light in corridor or down stair must be there in case of total electricity fail. Down stair totally dark very unsafe. Else view from room is good. Hotel staff also good. Price may little lower

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL. We have booked two rooms (2 couples) for 3 days in this hotel but due to the Sikkim flood we cancelled our trip as North Sikkim is closed. We cancelled our booking in the hotel well within the cancellation timelines of the hotel and requested them to refund our advance amount of Rs 6000/-. It’s been almost two months now since we have been requesting for the refund but the owner is not paying us. He either doesn’t pick the call or says I will refund after two days but doesn’t refund. We had dropped many emails, called the hotel like 50 times and OWNER like 60 times but still he is not paying the refund amount. So, requesting everyone not to book any room in this hotel, in case your plan is cancelled don’t expect any refund from the owner.

Our confirmed booking for 25-28 May was cancelled by the hotel and informed to us after we arrived in Bagdogra. We were offered rooms at their other property whose location did not suit us. Due to poor connectivity en route to Gangtok, we could not search the internet for alternatives. We finally found a hotel with help from a friend in Delhi. All this after confirming twice through *********** and on phone that our trip was on. It was a horrible experience.
