The hotel was although good and the food was also awesome I don't have any issue with this even everyone who is reading this should visit the hotel but I have a little issue which i think can be solved which is its service is quite low if you focus on your service your hotel is awesome

Lift was not working, we asked to change room due to loud noise from another room with kids and cause we were in the bottom floor and they said they’ll move us to second floor but they just change us to a different room in the same floor. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I am leaving 3 days on this hotel after and use the room of towel after last day staff tekken unnecessary charge included in my bill amount so I suggest please confirm anything else after them book this hotel. We suggest please you are book another hotels.... I think this is what service...... Thank you..

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location and views are great. The rooms are spacious, clean, hygienic and comfortable with excellent amenities. The hotel staff are quite courteous and helpful. Finally the food is sumptuous with great variety and taste. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Gangtok !

Had a nice stay there. Food was excellent, just like home and staff members were courteous. The location is also great. Close to a small market, beauty parlor, local restaurant etc. Had a good city view from there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was booked 2 rooms from 31st October to 4th November this year. Rooms was very nice, all amenities are very good. Food was very teasty. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I really thanks to Saikat Mandal sir- every day morning before we started our journey sir guide me through telephone and after every sir follow up is there any difficulties. Thank you very much Sir.

Clean rooms, good washroom, very good service and nice location were the key usp. On the cons side; room was a bit colder than outside as no sunlight would peep in Food menu was limited but preparation nice and staff would ensure that you would get the food as per your liking

The hotel is located away from the hustle bustle of city noise and at good proximity to mg road at the same time. The staff was curteous and the food served ***** with the bfast spread fairs really well. Thank you for a warm and comfortable stay in Gangtok! Highly recommended :)

Good staff, very helpful Clean rooms and beautiful Excellent service and supprt fast in responding to customer. The staff is very caring and English spoken . Customer oriented and ready to help. Friendly people. Food is good. Clean restaurant.
