We booked 3 rooms. We got room 101 (executive room) , 104 (Deluxe) and 204 room (Deluxe). All rooms are small especially deluxe rooms are pathetic. No space to keep bags. The rooms were not cleaned , I took photo and informed the reception about that. Washrooms were slippery, cupboards were not cleaned , floor was sticky. Pathetic smell inside the room. We ordered food and again not worth mentioning here.

the stay was perfect.. Chose it due to location..It is just 2 mins walk from MG Marg, you just have to take the stairs.. overall staff behaviour was good..We just had soup there which was okay.. Over-all good experience

I like the hotel location and its ambience. It is near to MG Road. Also the food was awesome. Must Visit for hospitality.

The hotel location was good ,rooms were clean and spacious. Room Service was average, had to call twice and wait a lot for getting service in the room. And the room description was deceptive as there was no Mt. Kanchenjanga view from the balcony. It was only valley view/hill view (we had taken mountain view rooms).

Rooms very large and good but blanket was not cleaned and was smelling really bad. Food was average.view from the room was good.
