This hotel staffs or manager don't pay heed to you when you choose to check in through mmt. They stop the tv service saying ot doesn't work although other room tv were working. I was travel-ling with my family and my 7 yr old kid. The room i selected from mmt app i didn't get that room. Rooms bed sheets weren't clean i asked them to change it but they didn't. I had to fill drinking water on my own. The room service receiver wasn't working. Aweful experience, never expected such service from making my booking through mmt.

We are very disappointed to share that we booked Super deluxe Room But they have given normal room with Lodge type Blanket, will never booked such type of Hotels.

Have a room next to washroom of lobby & wholeday prople were holing in and out & it was pathetic. I checked out after 2 nights even though 4 nights payments were already done

Please never plan to stay here because:
1). If you are travelling with elders then definitely you will suffer. You will have to go down and down with stairs, no lift.
2). Please check water supply before using washroom might be you will stuck inside the bathroom without water.
3) I checked out from the hotel in morning and booked a taxi for sight seens. I requested manager for the parking of my car for 3 pm only at hotel property only but he charged me for this.
4). You will get very slow service for everything.

It was a good stay. The hotel was good near the mg marg. The hotel was clean and well organised.
