Dear shiv grand management, it was all about the last stay at the hotel on 26. 01. 2025 and it was not a pleasant one off course, below are highlights cleanliness issues: "the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival; there were remnants of previous guests and the bathroom was unsanitary" noise levels: "the noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was disruptive throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep" staff attitude: "the staff were unhelpful and in the restaurant no body was came to me for taking the order for a long time, i had to leave without food. Wi-fi problems: "the wi-fi connection was poor and often dropped, making it hard to work and stay connected" maintenance issues: "there were several maintenance issues in the room, such as a leaking faucet and flickering lights, that were not addressed during our stay" value for money: "i felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price, considering the lack of basic amenities and services"
