Radisson Hotel Sonamarg

Our stay dates were 9th November till 11th November 2024 for 2 nights We made our booking directly through Radisson (Mr Bhat) , unfortunately our stay dates changed however mr bhat was very co operative, understand and made our booking experience delightful. Location of the property is amazing as compared. Rooms are equipped as per 5 star standards. 24 hours heating hot water is available at this property . Many other properties claim to have such facility however they provide facilities only for limited hours . Staff is super supportive and helpful. Mr Bhat , Mr Khalid did commendable. Their kind ness and helpful nature makes them best staff or best humans rather .. restaurant staff ,, tahir and asif were the restaurant Genies, you name and they have it for you.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient given by Mr Khalid and housekeeping boy Aakash . Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Property is excellent. Rooms are too good. Hotel staff was so welcoming. They upgraded us to suite room which is superb with spectacular view. Hotel gm mr. Pandey was very helpful and gave us genuine guidance. Overall i would highly recommend this property.

The best hotel in ******** , the location is very nice, rooms are very good in size all amenities are available in rooms and the food is very good cooked by chef and the service is very good given in restaurant RIWAYET given by team f&b specially Mr khalid and Waheed all staff are very helpful and the f&b manager Mr Ishfaq takes good care of us and the reception staff specially Mr Tanveer , housekeeping staff Mr Rashid thanks all for good hospitality Regards Mr Nemchand Gada
