Raj samudra hotel and spa - comfortable stay and beautiful ambiance, food was tasty and less spicy. The behaviour of the staff was very good -they were always ready to serve their guest. Thank you so much

Basic amenities were not available. The bathroom had no soap and other things. there were blood stains on the bath towel. The room was filled with an intense smell of smoke. The telephone was not working in order to get the reception. The TV was not working and was not replaced or serviced even though we complained. The exhaust of the toilet was not working.. we complained the same and they couldn't even address the issue. Totally unprofessional behaviour from the service section. The room is filled with mosquitoes also.. we were forced to cancel the second day of booking due to their lack of service...and obviously they didn't provide us the refund or any apologies..poor and unprofessional behaviour..

Excellent property. Great service. Food quality was good. Staff behaviour was very courteous. Overall it was a great and memorable trip for us.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and no pest control was done before check in. You need a taxi every time you want to go to the nearest beach and will have to pay rs. 1000 for every trip. Food quality is average and the menu has very little food options. Tea not available. I had to request them for a single cup of tea for my wife. Overall a very bad experience. If anybody goes for christmas and new year's celebration, please avoid this property.

Rooms are cleaned, well maintained by owner. Only 4 stars because food was not upto mark. You don't have many options to eat. Only few dishes were available. Otherwise service is good. We can recommend to others.
