Good and I want to visit hotel again Good breakfast and good service

房間設施很差，陳舊，像國內的三星賓館。 酒店周圍環境很差，旁邊有個迪斯高從下午兩點到凌晨四點。 酒店前台和客房服務很差，應付糊弄了事。第一天晚上凌晨三點被迪斯高聲音吵醒，第二天要求退房換酒店，不同意並承諾會換好的房間和安靜的並承諾如有此類情況發生，我隨便退房。結果房間變得更小更差更更吵，半夜酒店過道有人半夜大聲吵鬧，酒店外面迪斯高聲音越來越大，電話前台讓他們派人過來管一管，居然得到的回覆説不關他們的事情，讓我自己解決。一早要求退房，仍然不同意。最後驚動上級經理更換比較符合國內4星標準的房間，送了果籃道歉，卻是爛水果。 攜程介入後，酒店自然愛答不理。可惜視頻無法上傳否則讓大家感受一下這酒店有多差。

The receptionist was really rude. The air conditioner was off even when we asked, the room was really hot and we had to open the window at night when we were listening to the noisy music all night. The lobby and different areas of the hotel were really smelly and the elevator was off so we had to take the stairs with our luggage to leave the hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel and I’m really surprised that they managed to keep it as a 5 stars hotel…

住起來很一般

房間有點少，洗澡的水壓不夠，而且有一陣海水味，早餐雖然有好多選擇，但真正適合亞洲人胃口的並不多。 泳池好靚，可惜當時的突尼西亞是冬季，户外泳池不開放使用，但依然可以選擇室內泳池，健身房也不錯👍🏻

第一次住酒店把自己鎖在房間陽台外面回不去屋裡了，不知道酒店怎麼設計的，陽台門從外面關上居然會自動落鎖，這是防賊嗎？

是個度假灑店，服務員十分熱情，位置好，

The hotel was very dirty. It was 5 star , is 4 star and will be 3 near future. Service not good. You should go to reception because telephone they don’t answer. Prices in restaurant buffet is even more expensive than Europe. The quality is very bad and cold food. Around hotel you don’t find any shop or restaurant. But - a la card restaurant very delicious and good.
