Die ganze Küchenausstattung in Apartement B: veraltet (ausser Kettle, Toaster, Microwelle und Waschmaschine) schmuddelig, unsauber, fettig und unhygienisch; die ganzen Schrankgriffe fettig, Kühlschrank veraltet, Dichtungen gelb, defektes Türregal inwendig. Dampfabzug verfettet, Gasherd funktionierte nur auf 3 Kochern, Backofensicherheitsglas inwendig fehlt - daher Schmutz- Fett- und Essensreste in der Backofentüre, Abwaschaschiene rinnt schmutziges, kaltes Wasser auf Küchenboden. Armaturen alt, zerkratzt und tropfen. Die Küchenfront wurde mit neuer Farbe überstrichen ( und nicht mal toll) - sieht nach neu aus macht aber den Job nicht! Badezimmer: graue Dichtungen im Duschbereich, Badewanne seitlich eingerissen, keine Dichtungen an der Frontseite (schmuddelig und schmutzig daher) . Schlafzimmer- alte, verbrauchte Matraze im Doppelbett. Wohnbereich: alte verbrauchte Couch, TV funktionierte auch mit heruntergeladener App nicht! Nach mehrmaliger Meldung an Vermieter ist niemand aufgetaucht die Reparaturen zu machen oder sauber zu putzen! !!! Bin nach 2 Nächten ausgezogen und der Vermieter hat mir Refund angeboten wo ich heute noch drauf warte!! Es ist eine Zumutung so zu tu vermieten! Der Eigentümer sollte sich schämen eine Wohnung in diesem desolaten und gesundheitsgefärdendem Zustand zu vermieten!!! Dann noch €200.- für Damage deposit zu verlangen! Reine Abzocke! P.s. die Gasinspektion wäre am 15/07/2022 gewesen - es bedrohlich mit defektem Gasherd so zu vermieten!

terrible ... I am shocked that agencies accept this property and I wish I had read these reviews rather than the ones on a rival site that I really believe they had people write for them. My original booking was not honored: I was moved to a sub-standard apt and promised a partial refund that has yet to be honored, NO Integrity at all and a blemish on a beautiful town and the sites that book for them.

If you check my *********** review you’ll see all the reasons why I would strongly advise you not to stay in apartment 9B. Waterlane is a traditional house adapted for multiple occupancy. Therefore it has a corridor running straight from the front door to a back door where you access the 2 apartments on ground floor and outside steps to the 2 flats above. The ground floor bedrooms are to the front so the noise levels were high in ours both from the strong self closing lock on the front door and noisy neighbours. The main negative to 9B was the lack of either TV or internet access as advertised and despite a number of phone calls it was not resolved. Positives were a good bed and clean linen even if only 1 towel provided. Other numerous inconveniences which included a broken smoke detector spoiled our trip. Since then I have tried unsuccessfully to have a response from both the owners and *********** with regard to the owners fixing these issues. I am annoyed to see it still has a genius award from *********** despite me making a formal complaint to them. Therefore I feel I have no other option but to warn others through this medium before they book.
