This lovely first-floor apartment is situated in the renowned Baia Verde area of Gallipoli, just 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches and close to essential services. Ideal for families or groups, it combines comfort and convenience for a relaxing seaside holiday.
The apartment features a bright dining area with a sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. It also includes a bathroom with a shower and a spacious balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the fresh air.
-Check-in: 16:00-20:30 at the agency
(It is not possible to check in after than 20:30)
-Check-out: 10:00 at the property

-Agency fees
°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 150eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in.
The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection, with release of the flat with washed dishes and stove top and rubbish outside in the appropriate bins unless a penalty of 50eur is applied upon check-out.
-City tax: to be paid upon arrival in cash, 7eur per person/per week
