We were met late at night at the airport by a lovely gentleman called Mpho, he was very attentive from start to finish. Check in was smooth with Tebogo and relatively fast.
In the morning breakfast was great, great mix of western and local foods were on display. Staff were very friendly and approachable throughout our stay.
The only slight improvement I would recommend would be having a shower mat as the showers were rather slippery as well as a shower curtain or doors.

The customer service from the airport to hotel was outstanding. I really like the female driver from Hilton. Her demeanor was great her English was better and we got to hotel around 10:45 pm. The room and hospitality was great. I will come back in December

Unfortunately the management here is unresponsive and service is poor. At 4:15 am on March 8 there was an loud concert event organized right outside the hotel with over 100 people - loudspeakers and loud music. The entire hotel - all the guests, we have been awake since 4:15 am this morning. This is unfortunate as Hilton management could have considered their hotel guests before giving permission for such an event on their property that starts this early in the morning. I was on the 6 floor - highest in the hotel and my windows were literally shaking with how loud it was. The service is generally very slow. And hotel pick up by the shuttle is not always reliable. Another time I stayed here - the shuttle never showed up for me so this time I made my own arrangements. However after this incident I will no longer be staying on this hotel anymore.

Due to Two bad experience, I would give them three stars. First. I booked an airport pick up for me, which they provide me complementry. Infact, I called them form Jobug that I'm boarding in the plain. When I landed at GAB, noone was there. I called up at thoe hotel and they said shift is changed and no-one is there. Because of this, I was stranded at the Airport at 2100 in a completely new City of a new country for me. I hired a cab which was the Last one at the airport. Reached hotel, they tried to give me two free small water bottle for the blunder they made. Second, I wanted to order some food in my room at 1530. They said, they dont give room service and it will start after 1730. If I want to have the food , I would have to come down to resturant to pick the food. Really? How disgusting. And you guys called your self a 4/5 star hotel? Not acceptable at all. Rooms were small but clean and well maintained. Bathroom was good, clean and well functioning. No complaints at the rooms part. Staff was courteous and always happy to help. However it looked like they were fighting issue of low staf. All the request for room service or housekeeping used to take a lot of time. Room cleaning was never done properly. I always had to call housekeeping to come back against nd pick up the left over dust. This Hilton, located Right in the middle of CBD. A perfact palce to go anywhere. There are malls, restaurants, Bars, at waking distance form this location. Brekfast menu was good. But it Always used to repeat every day. My kind of long stay customers always hate that. Swimming pools was good and clean. I also used their confrence room, it was also good Overall it was good stay. But , I will not come again to this Hilton , although I'm a Hilton Honors customer.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. As a young woman staying alone, I felt extremely safe, the staff was always friendly, and able to assist with any request I had. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and stayed in on many nights looking forward to trying something new. At times the wifi was slow, my colleague did not face the same issues, so it may have just been on my device-- though still frustrating. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gabs!

I lived in Gabs for 6 years and now that I visit for business I have to stay in hotels. I found the rooms clean and well maintained. The Hilton look and feel. I was warmly greeted at reception. Well informed of everything about the hotel immediately. Housekeeping was helpful and kept the room tidy and clean. It was a good experience. The breakfast is average though. Nothing interesting. Same everyday of the week. It would be nice to have one or two disses which are different everyday to make it more interesting for patrons who stay for a few days.
