From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager Zakir displayed an unprofessional, dismissive, poor, and unwelcoming attitude, in addition to hostile and dismissive behavior instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, he made our check-in process unnecessarily difficult, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. His lack of courtesy, unwillingness to assist, and complete disregard for basic hospitality standards were shocking, especially considering that we were traveling with little kids who needed some patience and care. He lacked credibility and honesty, openly denying all the documents I provided, even though they were legitimate and clearly outlined the details of our booking. What was even more shocking was his unethical conduct and threats toward us. When we raised concerns about our reservation, he falsely accused the booking website of being dishonest, which was not only unprofessional but completely inappropriate. Instead of addressing the issue properly, he attempted to shift blame, refused to acknowledge any proof we showed him, and treated us with complete disrespect. As a manager, Zakir failed in every aspect of hospitality and consternation service. His lack of professionalism, arrogance, and inability, weak, and poor judgment to handle guest concerns with respect made our stay at your hotel a terrible experience. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be a luxury resort.

酒店位置很不錯，4層直接可以坐滑雪的纜車。但是，服務不太好，主要是阿塞拜疆除了巴庫，就沒有什麼特別的接待能力，去的人少了，自然服務水準就不夠，主要體現在服務意識和態度上。12月中到3月底，都可以滑雪🎿，價格也比較實惠。就當地收入看，其實這家酒店很貴，主要服務對象還是外國遊客或者本國有錢人的。

Everything was wonderful. Thankyou trip.com for a wonderful experience you have given us. Also we are thankful to resort itself. Very humble staff , very beautiful place to visit for family . We highly advise cpuples travelling to azerbaijan to book this resort .

Bad service

The view from the hotel is extremely amazing. We booked a Junior Suite for 3 people, and it was much better than we expected.

This is a stunning resort centered around scenic mountains that are breathtaking! Breakfast was a delight!

اقد كانت الاقامة ممتازه وجميلة حيث وجود التلفريك في نفس الفندق و وسائل ترفيهية مجانية داخل الفندق لقد كانت إقامة مثالية أنصح بالسكن فيه للاسترخاء

Отличное местоположение, приветливый персонал и прекрасные виды на гору, понравилось в спа (жаль только нет бассейна). Большой и хороший завтрак. Хороший ресторан.

An excellent resort

Qafqaz Tufandag Resort is a perfect blend of luxury and adventure. We experienced breathtaking views Caucasus Mountains, with the mountains covered with fog.. our room was luxuriously spacious, and spa was exceptional. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or adventure trip!
