Three Wcs and two Bathrooms are also available. Warm Water available in the Kitchen and Bathroom. All windows and the Courtyard are equipped with net against insects. The two Entrances of the house have Trapdoors keeping insects off from entry. The 5th room is not accessible to our guests. Our Co-hostess Paticia and her family live in the basement apartment of the house with their own Entrance. She and her husband Kwasi (Co-host) can therefore be reached easily by our guests. They have two kids. The Rental Tariff includes charges for Water, Gas, Electricity and 100 GB Internet Data-Capacity. However, the cost for additional Data-Capacity will be born by guests. Patricia and Kwasi will help you acquire the needed Data-volume as quickly as possible. Our house is perfect for families with children, a group of travellers or for even a single person looking for accommodation with "Self-Catering". Self-Catering includes keeping the property tidy during the entire stay of our guests. The final cleaning will be done through Co-hostess Patricia after our guests leave. ## No other strangers are with you in the house.
