酒店有免費停車場，小鎮周圍環境很不錯，服務員很熱情，晚飯早飯都很好吃。就是床有點小。

This hotel is is terrible, they know nothing about customer service and try to charge their clients extra where possible. I was told I could pay at the property and booked the property for this reason. They then tried to charge my debit card several times and then cancelled my booking. Whilst at the same time sent me messages saying they look forward to welcome me. I had to find alternative

Godt hotel God beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser med en god have omkring. 5 minutter fra midtbyen og 5 minutter fra Forgensee. Havde værelse med udsigt mod bjergene og Neuschwansteinslot. Godt udgangspunkt for vandretur til Slotte og bjergsøer.

What a great find for a hotel stay! We found the hotel extremely clean and the staff incredibly helpful. We arrived and were able to sit and enjoy a fresh coffee in the restaurant, a wonderful break from our long car ride. The rooms both had balconies where we could see Neuschwanstein Castle across the lake. A small loveseat and table with chairs were in the room to work if needed. The grounds were beautifully kept with outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the moderate weather. We took a nice hike down to the river/lake area and followed it back to the downtown area and then back to the room before dinner, about a 2.5 mile hike. We had a nice dinner downtown to cap off the evening, the restaurant was unremarkable. We woke the next morning and enjoyed a very good buffet at the hotel restaurant, included with our room. Then we headed to the Castle for the day, about a 15 minute drive. Loved this place and we plan to return to stay for longer.

It was very pleasant to stay at Hotel Filser and I would be happy to stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. If I may suggest one thing, it would be to improve the lighting in the room,especially in the bathroom which felt a bit dark for my liking. The highlight was the restaurant and the food. I was truly happy with my meals! The breakfast spread was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely little place. Very clean, cozy rooms and incredibly friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!

The property is very nice, check in was very quick, elevator only goes to 2nd floor (too bad for guests on 3rd floor), on site restaurant was closed on Sat night (so had to go out for dinner), breakfast was excellent, staff was very nice and spoke very good English.

The hotel was a hidden gem. I received the best service at check-in and at the restaurant and from the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Plus you get a Fussen card which allows you to take the bus for free all over the little city.

Wonderful family hotel located within easy walking distance to town. Very clean, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here. Parking onsite. We would definitely stay here again!

Beds were noisy Beds were super noisy and uncomfortable. There was not any fridge in the house.
