Le Marelle

Due to my own mistake (double-booked vs. another property) I paid for but ultimately did not use four nights here. I’m almost glad I double-booked, as I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anyway - the room was quite horrid, stuck at the top of a narrow staircase, small and dark with fusty pink décor and not-very-appealing bathroom, no view. The staff were unwelcoming with limited English. A large dining patio looks out on a spectacular view but is itself rather charmless. There is limited parking adjacent. The staff were largely unsympathetic to my plight (though to be fair they were within their rights). I would not stay here.

To be clear, I did not actually stay here, though due to my own mistake (double-booked vs. another property) I did pay for four nights and check in (though promptly checked out), hence I feel qualified to comment. In short – I’m almost glad I double-booked, as I would not have wanted to stay here. The staff were unwelcoming with limited English, and the owner unsympathetic to my plight (though to be fair he was within his rights). A large dining patio looks out on a spectacular view but is itself rather charmless. There is limited parking adjacent. After some persuasion the owner did provide a small (~10%) refund, which was appreciated, but it was about the only thing I did appreciate about this place. There are nicer options nearby.

L’Hotel Le Marelle, è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Personale accogliente e molto gentile per questa piccola vacanza di due giorni. Le stanze nella loro semplicità sono pulite e munite di confort e wi-fi. La colazione servita nella splendida terrazza con un panorama mozzafiato, è stata sempre abbondante e veramente buona ed il personale sempre premuroso nell’offrirti altro oltre a quello già previsto. Sicuramente il mio giudizio è positivo e nel mio piccolo non posso che consigliarla. ciao Maximo

Poche parole per descrivere un posto fantastico ed accogliente. Consigliato al massimo. Nemmeno difficile da raggiungere, nel collegato ovunque. Bellissimo. Anche la colazione è abbondante ed il personale molto disponibile.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza alle Marelle. L'albergo è posizionato in un punto incantevole della costiera Amalfitana con vista spettacolare a strapiombo sul mare e su Praiano. Ottime le colazioni e le cene servite sulla splendida terrazza. L'albergo ha una gestione familiare, tutti sono gentilissimi e pronti a fornire consigli utili per la vacanza; un grazie anche ai più piccoli della famiglia che ci hanno piacevolmente intrattenuto con la loro simpatia. Un posto in cui torneremmo sicuramente...

B&B perfetto per chi deve visitare la costiera.abbiamo trascorso il ponte del 1 maggio con amici in questo posto ben organizzato,stanze pulite e con tutti i confort,i proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali.colazione abbondante con qualsiasi cosa volevi c'era caffè ☕️ ottimo 😁😁😁una vista stupenda.....peccato sia finita troppo presto. Alla prossima 😉😉😉

Sono stato in questo incantevole posto grazie ad una smartbox regalatami, la prenotazione è stata difficoltosa, ho poi scoperto per ammissione del proprietario che riserva alcune camere per la smartbox e alcune per prenotazione "normale". Quelle vista mare ovviamente prenotazione normale... Al di la di tutto il posto è veramente bello, si ha una visuale dalla terrazza in cui si fa colazione della costiera (cornetti giganti con marmellate fatte in casa, cappuccino degno di tale nome, panini locali) la pulizia delle camere è ottima, la camera vinceva ma non convinceva nello stile (solo per cercare il capello), ottima la cortesia del proprietario che quando si arriva offre un "drink di benvenuto" (qualcosa da bere, in soldoni)... So che "Le Marelle" proponeva anche la cena con prenotazione entro le 15.00 ma non ne ho usufruito. Indubbiamente il fatto di avere il parcheggio antistante è un vantaggio che pochi alberghi hanno sulla costiera. La distanza dal mare era di una mezz'ora quindi ottima posizione per ammirare le più belle spiagge della costiera e le località più famosi... Molto soddisfatti insomma

Das Hotel ist wunderschön . Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer und die tarrasse ist ein Traum. Das ganze Team sehr freundlich und aufmerksamkeit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade dass wir waren nur 3 Nächte. Vielen Dank für die schöne zeit.

Haben zwei Nächte im B&B Le Marelle mit unseren 4 Kindern im April verbracht. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, schöne einfache saubere Doppelzimmer mit schönem Meeresblick, die anderen Zimmer haben Zugang zur Frühstücksterrasse. Hier kann bei schönem Wetter draussen gefrühstückt werden. Atemberaubend schöne Aussicht, sehr gutes Frühstück vom Cappuccino, Fruchtsäfte, Brioche, Brötchen, Kellogs...alles sehr lecker. Liegt etwas abgelegen und erhöht dafür sehr ruhig. Ca 20-25 min Autofahrt von Amalfi. Wir haben die Lage geschätzt nachdem wir den Trubel an der Küste gesehen hatten. Mit 20 Euro Aufpreis besteht die Möglichkeit nach Voranmeldung im B&B zu Abendessen haben wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen und ausserhalb gegessen.
