Hôtel très bien située en bord de mer, belle vue et belle atmosphère. Baignade en piscine et en mer également. Excellent accueil et le personnel encadrant est très attentif, réceptif à toutes demandes ou petite remarque! L ambiance dans l Hôtel est agréable et musicale! Petits concerts variés en soirée.

Laura en Marina de receptionisten zijn supervriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het buffet is uitgebreid en het eten is lekker. Auto gehuurd aan de receptie- goedkoop en betrouwbaar. Alles is heel netjes en het hotelpersoneel supervriendelijk.rustig gelegen en vlakbij de zee

We spent 10 nights at the Ocean Bay and had an amazing time. Form the moment we arrived everyone was smiling and helpful. Staff greeted us with some cake and a glass of Madeira wine… so nice. The hotel had literally opened the day before our arrival so there were maybe 5 couples our first couple nights. Room was bright clean and views were amazing! The front desk called up within the hour to make sure we had everything we wanted . As the days progressed we were given a bottle of wine and cheese try to enjoy on our balcony … Such a great touch and made us feel so welcomed . We enjoyed many nights on our balcony watching the promenade below and the sound of the ocean at night was so nice to fall asleep to. We kept our balcony door open to listen to it . The gardens and pool were beautiful. Refreshing as they are not heated but that’s ok! Sun is hot! The buffet restaurant was great and food especially breakfast was amazing! Loved the coffee machines with all the options from Americanos to Mocha chinos… The bar tender was great and even learned a Canadian drink we asked for… Wait staff were so pleasant and hard working and did their best to speak to us ! We already miss our sunsets and ocean sounds and this hotel. This vacation was everything and the memories we made were amazing!

A nossa experiência no hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, super prática para explorar a cidade com facilidade. O que mais nos encantou, no entanto, foi a simpatia extrema de toda a equipa — todos muito acolhedores, sempre prontos para ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. E um agradecimento especial pela surpresa que prepararam para o aniversário do meu namorado. Foi um gesto super carinhoso que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, queremos voltar! Continuação de um bom trabalho

Charming service, every room with an ocean view. Every evening there are artistic performances. Clean, good food, and beautiful greenery on the hotel grounds. A huge plus is the access to the promenade, which allows for long walks along the black beach.

this hotel was recommended to us by @cestovnibalicky. Great food and amazing evening music programs. Very helpful and kind staff especially Mrs. Manuela in the dining room. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and the pool is great. ZThank you for a wonderful holiday in Madeira.

This is a wonderful hotel with exemplary staff all round. My first visit to Madeira and I can't wait to come back. Our 3rd floor room faced the sea and the views are beautiful. The sound of the sea is such a joy. The food is good quality but short on veggie and vegan options. It improved when I asked Carla the guest support manager. The courtesy bus to Funchal is a real bonus. There are walks along the seafront in both directions. Going inland however is all uphill, which is fine but my knees struggled a bit. I am quite old though. If you want an easy, warm, friendly holiday, the Ocean Bay is an excellent choice.

O Hotel foi remodelado, está impecável. Algumas coisas que não estivessem do nosso agrado foram prontamente retificadas. A equipa é muito profissional e simpática, estávamos em família. Celebramos dois aniversários e não podíamos ter recebido melhor tratamento. De manhã à noite, com balões, mesa especial, espumante, bolo e a equipa a cantar. O espaço é muito bom, tem duas piscinas e em frente o mar. Na recepção a equipa é 5 estrelas. A Sra Micaela foi muito atenciosa. Na zona de restaurante, as Sras. Irene e Manuela trataram dos meus filhos com muito carinho. Muito simpáticas.

Comodidade e limpeza do quarto top. Excelente receção de boas vindas. Atendimento 5estrelas de todos os funcionários. O único ponto menos positivo é relativamente à comida que deixa muito a desejar… Poucas quantidades, pouca variedade e mesmo pouca qualidade, para um hotel de 4*. Tirando isso e avaliando no geral adorei a experiência e voltaria a repetir.
