During our visit, the hotel was undergoing renovations to modernize it, but this did not disturb our stay. #### Rooms and Views The rooms are very spacious and clean. From our room, we had stunning views of the Atlantic, which made the stay especially pleasant. The sea view was definitely one of the hotel's best features. #### Service The service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The staff did everything they could to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable. #### Breakfast The hotel's breakfast was varied and plentiful. A special mention goes to the sparkling wine and excellent fruits offered at breakfast, which added a touch of luxury to our mornings. #### Pool Area and Seawater Pools The hotel's pool area is relatively small, but this is compensated by the paid seawater pools located below the hotel. The seawater pools provide a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun, making the days enjoyable for beach lovers. #### Summary Hotel Duas Torres is an excellent choice in Madeira, offering great conditions for a relaxing holiday. The rooms, service, breakfast, and views make for a memorable stay, and the seawater pools provide an extra touch of relaxation. Highly recommended!

I had prepaid reservation for five nights based on traveler reviews. However; when I showed up, I was informed that I should instead proceed to a different hotel that they had picked. The only information I got was that the hotel was full and they were expecting me at the other hotel. I have several problems with the way this handled. First the hotel clearly knew they were moving me to a different hotel before I arrived but made no attempt to let me know in advance. Secondly, they did not give me an option to get a refund and let me choose hotel to my liking. Finally, there was apology offered or any other consideration provided. I am staying away from Duas Torres
