Friendly and helpful staff. Mild stains found on couch’s fabric. Hot/cold water unsteady.

Really nice stay with family. Good facilities, pools and outdoors. Food and drinks really good and a lot of variety. Staff excellent, really nice and available. The rooms starts showing need for modernisation.

衞生間設施簡陋，豪華雙人間居然門都沒有。陽台上晾衣物不方便，客房太小。環境和服務不錯，一日三餐全包且味道不錯，停車方便。

Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel Staff very friendly Hotel was over hall very tidy Was amused with the ocean view from my room. The Italian restaurant was very nice and the buffet was very good as well every day the food was different and tasted good. Looking forward to return soon.

I can honestly say that I have never found better staff at any hotel we have stayed at. Sandra on reception was outstanding, all the staff in the dining room were excellent - so efficient and pleasant. Housekeeping too was excellent. OK the rooms are a bit dated but all spotlessly clean. Our beds were comfortable, nothing to complain about at all. Food, I would say was a step up from other ‘all inclusive’ hotels I have stayed at - not ‘fine dining’ but a great variety at each meal. A free shuttle bus twice a day was a bonus. The area around the pool and pool bar was well serviced, never any untidiness. We were amazed by the fact that there was never a queue for drinks, always ample seating available in restaurant and bar. Even the entertainment was varied. We had a wonderful holiday. The location, service and quality of food at the hotel was great. Just a shame the dated rooms and poor beds had to let it down. All 3 rooms had beds that were collapsing in the middle. When complained at reception toppers were given to place on top. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Hopefully rooms and beds can be improved in time.

We stayed at the Royal Pestana from 24th for one week. We found the staff to very friendly, especially Karina who was very helpful and always with a happy smile. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels changed daily. We had all inclusive , the breakfast buffet , lunch, dinner and snacks always tasty with a lot of choice to please every one. We loved that the fruit was always so fresh and available throughout the day. The location was good with 2 free shuttle services into the city each day, also local bus stop just outside the hotel. We were lucky as it was festival weekend when we were there, it was a spectacular sight and has to be seen, clips are available on YouTube. I’d like to say a very special thank you to Karina Mejias, the service desk manager, for being so friendly and helpful, we will definitely miss her lovely smile 😊. All in all we would definitely visit again.

Stayed at hotel Royal Pestana on 1 March to the third, pure excellence, service impeccable, food plenty full Excellent Head waiter and all staff I would like to hi light a young lady Karina Mejias for the love and kindness shawn to us. My wife and I thank every one for this special occasion of my 80 th birthday. Big thank you .

Hotel muito completo, comida deliciosa e staff muito atencioso e prestável! Ofereceram-nos um upgrade e usufruímos de uma suite muito confortável e extremamente limpa. Muito bom Comida saborosa, muitos mariscos bons e variedade de pratos O quarto é de muito bom gosto e com áreas excelentes.. só não gostei do colchão, muito desconfortável. Piscinas fantásticas. O all inclusive é uma mais valia… mas atenção ao peso 😂😂😂

Third visit to this wonderful hotel, great selection of food & wine, very friendly staff, excellent location and again we were lucky with the weather. We had a deluxe sea view room, which was comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Lovely to see Karina again who always goes above and beyond to meet our holiday needs. Hope to see you all real soon!

Tudo no Hotel é 5 Estrelas mesmo, todo o staff muito simpáticos e agradáveis, atenciosos. Quartos espaçosos e muito limpos, acessos muito funcionais. A comida é muito variada e muito boa, a vista do Hotel é magnifica, o Hotel é lindo Hotel muito bem localizado, recomendo . A Sra. Karina é muito atenciosa e muito profissional .
