There were taro, chestnuts, grated yam, etc. The sashimi was also good, with tuna and shiitake mushrooms. I was happy with the matsutake earthenware pot. It had a good aroma. The ingredients inside were also good. The pork stewed Alsace-style had a strong pork presence and was filling. The beef soba miso grilled on a magnolia leaf was soft and had a strong miso flavor, making it easy to eat. It also went well with rice. It was a delicious dish that went well with sake. The breakfast was purely Japanese, and felt like a hotel breakfast. The salmon was also delicious, and went down well with the rice. I had two and a half bowls. The squid carrot and hot springs* were also delicious. It was a good side dish to eat with rice. It was only one night, but I had a relaxing time. It was a happy time. "This was my first time staying here. The location was easy to find; I saw it as soon as I exited the station, and it was just across the bridge. I stayed in an annex, a Western-style room converted from a Japanese-style room. The original large window was sealed off and made into a smaller one, but it could still be opened. However, the bed was placed in a strange position, feeling like half of it was inside the room and half on the balcony. When I turned my head to sleep, I was facing a full-length mirror. I was afraid of being startled if I got up in the middle of the night, so I moved my suitcase to the table to block the mirror. In addition, because it was an annex, you had to go down half a flight of stairs to get to the room, which was extremely inconvenient for people with large luggage. So, travelers who book annex rooms should pay special attention and it is best to choose a traditional Japanese-style room. Also, there was no bathroom in the room, but the website said there was a private bathroom. Be careful, as there was a very hot hot bath on the rooftop."

"I was looking for a place to stay where I could bring my pet, and I found this inn. They have a family bath, and their website said it could be used whenever it was available, but in reality, you had to make a reservation at the front desk and borrow a key. Honestly, the facilities are old, but the food is delicious! Or rather, the food was prepared with care, and you could really feel the care they put into making sure our guests enjoyed their meal. They don't use high-end ingredients, but I could tell the food was carefully prepared. I also ordered a local sake tasting set, and the young owner kindly explained the sake to me, allowing me to enjoy different types of sake. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and I was really full. In the evening, I had the chance to interact with the inn's famous cats, which was fun."

We booked a room without meals included, but there are restaurants and izakayas within walking distance, which is convenient."
