大池酒店地理位置理想，可由河口湖駅步行約19分鐘前往，亦可5:00前在Information Centre 代通知酒店接送。酒店員工優質服務，親切友善。但房間有點殘舊。食物水準一般，没有太大驚喜。

落ち着いてレラックスができました。 質のいい夕食と種類豊富の朝食にも満足満足しています。 機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

Good but not the best

服務員非常有禮貌, 浸溫泉可看到富士山, 日式早餐食物豐富, 離開時有專車送往鐵路站, 整體十分滿意。

運氣爆棚到的時候雨停了，看到清晰的富士山。

So far this is the most expansive room I booked, come with front view of Mt Fuji, room 412. However the Mt Fuji view did not command the price tag because unless you stay in for the whole day to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji. View of Mt Fuji can enjoy from all angle. Best of the hotel is the coffee serve which is the best so far, among dozen of hotels. The welcome drink of soft drink also last till 7pm, which is shorter that most of other hotel. May be I am biased, where the hotel have multiple accolades from Rakuten Travel, catering to a lot of local Japanese clients. The public bath also not great, where I have experience much better and real onsen at Ariman Onsen area. Area of improvement: 1. In the level one inner bath, there is a cover for the exhaust fan and is not mounted back after maintenance. 2. At the fifth level bath, there is one washing cubicle just besides the bath with no cover to prevent the person showering water into the bath.

酒店服務員英文很好，對酒店服務非常滿意！很細心的預備了welcome Drinks, 早餐及晚餐都很好吃！在旅程之間享受了兩日一夜的溫泉十分舒適！有機會再到富士山會選擇入住！

能夠在指定時間內call車 回酒店，十分方便，酒店職員能夠用流暢英文溝通，call車等待的時間只需幾分鐘。

酒店的大浴場設施完善，溫泉水質優良，是一天旅途後的最佳享受。餐飲方面提供豐富的日式料理，食材新鮮，味道地道。整體服務貼心，是想體驗日式溫泉與富士山美景的理想住宿選擇！

Staff can not speak english and need more improve service mind.

Beautiful hotel in the small village of Kawaguchiko, nearby the lake. Well connected to the station and to the bus routes around the lake. Wonderful onsen, one outdoor and one at the fifth floor with a spectacular view on Mt Fuji

It has beautiful view and spa, I very enjoy staying in this hotel, it can clearly see my Fuji
