Best location to see Mt. Fuji, right outside your window!!!

It was just ok in general except for 1 snafu. We waited 20 minutes to get a table at breakfast, then when they finally gave us the table, they did not bring out our food which we’d pre ordered the day before. We waited for another 20 minutes before asking them about it, at which point they gave us 1 grossly inadequate bun per person as compensation. Wasting our precious time in this wonderful town is so painful. Rooftop view is good.

衞生可以 ，因為包車了 ，交通還行 。因為很晚才到店 ，前台服務也很熱情 ，有贈送酒店掛件餐包作為人文關懷服務 。早餐有兩個套餐選擇不會太單一 ，酒店屋頂露台可以看到富士山，有咖啡熱茶自主台

位置有點尷尬，如果走路拖行李會很累，整體蠻乾淨，房間空間大，位置蠻好，頂樓可以看到富士山，還蠻不錯的

富士山就在眼前，酒店頂樓觀景台可以一覽無餘

房間能看到富士山，頂樓可以看日出

Great hotel which is quite central to many amenities. Good breakfast with Mt fuji view.

飯店房間很寬敞 景色很美 早餐還能選擇日式或是西式 有河口湖車站的接送服務 另外還有租借腳踏車的服務 是個會再來的飯店

Actually my second stay. Was here in April 2024 for Sakura. Stayed in the watermelon room in the first stay. This time in Jan 2025, I managed to book the room with mt fuji view. Stayed for 4 nites to truly enjoy all lakes through cycling and scooting. Breakfast was repetitive for all 4 mornings so it was getting a bit boring but it’s decent .

乾淨衞生！細節到位！然後還有自行車租車服務，簡直太好了！租的電動自行車，隨心所欲的在富士山腳下逛了好久好久！太開心了！
