酒店環境不錯。上7樓有個户外地方睇到富士山。房間都整潔。有個私人風呂都可以。早餐晚餐都好豐盛。夠曬飽。

酒店餐飲還可以，晚餐是單間裏享用，足夠吃。早餐是大廳能看到湖，吃的東西足夠多，非常撐。温泉也很不錯，每天晚上泡一個很舒服。

乾淨衞生，適合家庭出行，酒店提供接送河口湖站服務，預訂的話記得提前預約接駁服務哦，不然拖着箱子走還是有點累的

En face du lac, on a eu la chance d avoir chambre face au Fuji. Chambre très grande mais un peu vieillotte et abîmée. Onsen particulièrement agréable et calme, un délice. Petit déjeuner cher mais incroyable, option végétarienne sur demande. Personnel sympa à la réception. Futons pour dormir excellents.

Жили в номере в традиционном стиле и было очень комфортно и атмосферно. У отеля очень красивое лобби с видом на сад. На этаже с традиционными номерами декорирована улочка в традиционном стиле. Ужин и завтрак кайсеки очень интересный опыт. Также в отеле есть 2 онсена с видом на сад и с видом на озеро Кавагучико. А в хорошую погоду с террасы верхнего этажа можно увидеть Фудзи. Нам выдали пижамы в традиционном стиле и кимоно с юкатой, в которых можно было гулять по улицам. Прекрасное место для погружения в традиционную Японию.

Overall, the stay in the hotel is great. There are 2 hot spring in the hotel. The one at the root top is better than the basement one. More relaxing. You can see Mt. Fuji at the 7/F. Location of the hotel is great too. Walking distance to the pier and gondola. The breakfast and dinner is delious. We stay 2 nights and have different set of breakfast and dinner each day. i

服務好好，環境也不錯，從房間望出去就是湖景，很舒服，只是酒店有點舊，其他都庭好

The location was nearby the station and they had a shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off the station. I was happy that they had vegetarian meal for my boyfriend, that was great! He loved the breakfast and experience there

因為河口湖花火大會訂的無景觀房間，本來想的是住一下日式房間就好，沒想到房間居然可以看到富士山！超級驚喜，泡温泉的服裝也很可愛，美中不足是早餐味道一般般啦。
