如果大家在富士山有別的選擇，千萬不要選擇這家，推薦大家住在河口湖公交車站附近，去哪兒都方便！首先距離位置遠，下了車要走半個小時才能到這個旅店，唯一方便的地方對面有個羅森。其次設施環境差，他們的廁所在外面不在房間內，很麻煩，衹有一次性牙刷牙膏，洗手液都是空的，洗髮液吹風機都沒有，入住體驗感很差。最後和老闆也很難溝通，也不讓寄存行李，上午10點退房，拿着行李巨麻煩，總之，別訂！

Ryokan Nashimiya Onsen: Decent Onsen, Spacious Rooms (with a caveat!)
Ryokan Nashimiya Onsen offers a decent onsen experience, providing a relaxing and traditional Japanese bathing experience.
However, the rooms are quite large, which unfortunately made it difficult for the air conditioning to adequately warm the space. This could be a significant drawback, especially during colder months.
Thankfully, the innkeeper went above and beyond to rectify the situation, providing a gas stove heater. This was a lifesaver and greatly improved the comfort of our stay. The innkeeper's helpfulness is definitely a strong positive point for this Ryokan.
If you're planning a visit, be aware of the potentially large and difficult-to-heat rooms. However, the onsen is a definite plus, and the innkeeper's willingness to assist guests is commendable. Depending on the time of year and your tolerance for cooler temperatures, this Ryokan could still be a worthwhile experience, especially if you value excellent customer service.

很舒服 位置很不錯 公交下來走50m就到了 房間開窗就是富士山 很有感覺 還有小温泉可以泡 還是很不錯的住宿環境

老闆態度惡劣
偷偷地不留下入住資料便自行離開
環境衛生十分惡劣
晚上幾乎沒有燈
排泄物周地也是
房內牆身破爛
有極多小蟲子
沖涼的水也變色了
看來會患上皮膚病
這個價格有其他更好的選擇
甚至睡在街上也比較衛生安全

雖然房間設施有點陳舊，公用浴室也不是很乾凈，但是窗外就是富士山，出門左手邊的河口湖大橋更是拍富士山的超絕場景

Hi
We arrived there at 1 pm, I understand , it's not allowed to check in yet but we just want to have a sit 5-10 mins to relax after long journey, the owner , he's not allowed and his face so moody and unwelcome at all, we felt so bad. It's an awful first impression!!
The room so big if compare with different hotel I've booked, The fridge quiet old, plug to loose, air condition is not cold , we try to ajust and called him to fix but still not cold. Share bathroom, limited time to shower , it look like, they save electricity bill😏.
But luckily I can see mt fuji very clear😊
