The hotel was very helpful when we arrived, they explained every detail about the things to do in the hotel area. We purchased the meal from the hotel, the food was great

房間窗前看出去有一些遮擋，是個敗筆，其他都很好，房間很大，早晚餐都非常豐富

酒店有年代感，但是很有味道，很適合家庭出遊。物廉價美，一泊二食，酒店有中文服務員，且很貼心。訂了2晚，很豐盛味道也不錯。而且晚餐每天的餐食都不一樣。房間外的景色也很棒，天氣好可以看到富士山全景。温泉也很乾凈有露天風呂，推薦

很標準的日式酒店，吃飯的位置正對着富士山蠻好的雖不驚艷，但處處都很舒服～ 而且服務態度都特別好，值得一住（就是附近沒有便利店想吃個夜宵比較麻煩）

温泉很好，直麪富士山，包餐很好，吃不完！

Hotel food wasn’t that great. Service were nice. But I don’t think i would come again.

It's rare to start off a review with a warning but please please please remember to look at the bus schedules before you decide to go out for the hotel as you might end up walking 40 mins from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel. We were disappointed with the dinner as we already informed the hotel about the allergy restrictions few weeks ago but they still got it wrong. They checked it with us during check in and we corrected them already. However, when it's dinner time, we still found the item in meal... We corrected them again after dinner but the breakfast meal was still not corrected in the end. Pretty bad experience for us. But for the view... 5-star.

飯店服務非常貼心早晚都可以安排接送 雖然晚餐吃的有點霧颯颯但早餐真的非常棒👍 環境很好，坐車方便，房間內站著坐著都可以看富士山非常舒服。 露天泡湯有點太涼了 可能是因為平日去的關係還有很多youtube推薦 所以裡面似乎8-9成的人都是台灣遊客 還有幾個香港遊客😂

性價比很高的一間溫泉酒店，一到河口湖站，就可以叫服務台幫忙打電話去酒店找專車接送，很方便。 酒店房間一望出去對正富士山，非常興奮及開心 露天溫泉亦是對正大大的的富士山，感覺真的很chill 我選的是一泊兩食，感覺早餐比晚餐味道質素更高 但總體而言，還是很不錯 非常推薦這一間溫泉酒店

It's really surpriseing about the warmth and cozy of this hotel. Not only the environment, the room, but their services is so impressed us. By the way the fuji view is breathtaking as it says in the booking . . . No lies at all Oh, almost forget. The food that hotel provided is delicious!! LOVE THIS HOTEL !!!
