The staff were not helpful

到酒店入住第一天，發現洗手間的水槽裏都是茶葉渣，不懂是保潔人員疏忽還是壓根就沒有清潔！對易耗品例如洗髮水沐浴露和肥皂，酒店似乎很吝嗇，並沒有每天更新，洗髮水根本不夠用，是因為為了環保嗎？但也請考慮下顧客的基本需求！服務態度還不錯，地點也算方便，一樓通道直達Shopping Mall，裏面有超市，但目前肉眼可見的餐館沒有幾家，而且味道都很一般！風景不錯！帶孩子們去比賽，離賽場近！總體感覺一般，對不上星級標準！

The hotel was ok for what we needed. The bathroom molded around the tiles and shower walls. The check-in process was easy and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The breakfast is alright. The pool and the jacuzzi are amazing!! Hopefully there will be better massage services provided.

It was wonderful hotel

The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building. We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name. The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food. They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel. The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking. Totally we were impressed with the stay.

Very good hospitality and maintenance

Not a good stay and the breakfast is very bad not good and not fresh and there’s expired food.

Сам отель находится около трассы , вид из нашего номера был на горы , очень красиво. Отель соединен с магазином , где можно купить еду готовую, салаты, мясо, рыбу разных кухонь мира))) огромное разнообразие нарезок из фруктов, овощей и т.д. У нас был номер улучшенный категории , большой, с панорамным окном , абсолютно все есть для комфорта, кровати у нас были раздельные очень удобные.

Receptionist is a very nice lady well mannered and very polite. It was a nice pleaasure stay esp its conmected in a mall.
