로비도 별루고 호텔이 너무 지져분해요. 하루 묵었는데 몸이 간질간질해요. ㅠㅠ

Great value for money

設施老舊，環境很一般，平日裏很便宜，趕上開齋節價格暴漲，連洗澡水都不怎麼熱

前台是菲律賓人，很熱情的菲律賓妹子，酒店在富查伊拉的市區，距離富查伊拉古堡很近，路程十五分鐘左右，海灘附近

Нам понравилось, завтрак хороший, обед ужин простой. Есть можно не голодные. Самое хорошое через дорогу пляж и море чудесные, нет лежаков. Зато просторно лежишь на много метров одни. Черепахи в море, рыбаков видели с сетями, как бесплатное шоу. Номера обычные, холодильник не работал. Сказали нам поменяли. Полотенца и белье, мы просили у коридорного, каждый день можно менять по просьбе. Очень многонационально отель, мне понравилось. Персонал приветливый, магазины и развлекалки рядом.Такси на каждом шагу. Оплата по счётчику, но есть ньюансы. Минимальная стоимость поездки 11 дирхам. Начисления идет 0.25 дирхам за 2 минуты. Если не далеко ехать и сумма на счетчики меньше 11 дирхам, то всё равно возьмут 11 .

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! I went V Hotel with my family to have ONAM Sadya which are booked and confirmed by the reception and F&B Team in advance for 3 pax but when we arrived, we have been asked by team mates Vasu ( Sales in-charge) to wait or come after 1 -2 hours later as there is no space to sit. I was explaining that please check or ask your teammates that we got advance booking and table is reserved under my name but he was Rude, very UNPROFESSIONAL, he was not at all approachable to understand or to listen our request and we have no choice so left from there immediately with my family. It was embarrassing moment for us the way we got treated in front of other guest in the lobby. He shouldn't deserve to be in Hospitality industry and management should take this case sincerely, and i am hoping to meet the General Manager of the hotel.

The best thing about this place is the staff always friendly and welcoming! Conveniently located and walking distance to a nice beach park. Budget hotel but needs renovations specially the bathrooms and interior. Had a good breakfast spread and the suite rooms are quite spacious. Overall had pleasant stay.

Reception staff John was extremely helpful. Constantly checking on us to ensure we are comfortable. Very professional and will give you details on your queries to your satisfaction. There is need for proper maintenance of the rooms. Stained bath tubs and leaking roofs is not a pleasant sight. No proper parking....cars are parked outside in a not tarmacked ground , vehicles accumulate lots of dust! Overall I liked the majority of staff, very humble, friendly and welcoming. Please V hotel management do proper maintenance of your facility!!!
