Recomiendo el hotel. Estuvimos 4 personas en un apartamento, con cocina. La atención es buena, recepción 24 horas e instalaciones amplias.

This is a lovely aparthotel with spacious rooms, a lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds. Next door is a great Mall with a Carrefour, you can stock up on everything you may need for your apartment. The reception staff were super helpful especially the young lady who helped me retrieve my husbands coat and car keys from the taxi we arrived in. I am sorry I did not get her name. As others have said it is a fair walk to the busy town of Fuengirola, the beach’s are glorious with sun beds to hire at €7 per person.

The apartments are lovely and clean with great entertainment for a 3 star apartment complex Carrefour just next door which is handy Our hotel room did smell of smoke and only seemed to get worse as the day went on. The staff are so friendly and lovely. The best patatas bravas at the pool bar ! Bioparc which is about a 20 min walk from the apartments was fab if you have kids To the beachfront it’s also about a 20 min walk which is fine but ideally i like to stay central as we did end up getting taxis at night time which was between 6-8 euros We had a great stay here though!

Had a 4 night stay at the FB last week,and can I say what a great stay it was.I’m going to start with the only negative,the aparthotel is close to a motorway and about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Fuengirola,saying that we didn’t actually notice any noise from the road and just got a taxi ( 8 euros ) into town. Plenty of positives,hotel is next to a massive shopping centre with a big carrefour,plenty of food outlets and shops,if that’s what you like.Theres a bus stop outside and the reception staff are more than happy to call you a cab.The reception staff are also extremely polite,friendly and helpful, we had an issue which was resolved straight away and without any fuss,as someone else has said on their review,don’t wait until you come home then complain,speak to the staff there and get it sorted.Our 1 bedroom apartment was well equipped with a very comfortable bed,big bathroom with a great shower,with a pool view,it had everything you needed. The bar and restaurant staff like the reception staff are very friendly,polite and all seem very happy in their jobs.Prices for food and drinks are very reasonable too.We ate a couple of times and the food was good.All in all a great stay. Pool opens at 10am and there’s plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The Fuengirola Beach is that good I’ve booked to go again next year. Really enjoyed my stay here as it was my first going to Spain and this place did not disappoint, I would given 5 stars but you need a freezer as I had to buy bags of ice everyday. Pro: 1. Big enough 2 bedroom apartment for the 3 of us, bedroom overlooked the pool ahead, one the left there were Mountain View’s and to the right you got a side view of the sea. 2. Room was cleaned daily and beds were made. 3. Really nice power shower, clean bathroom, mini toiletries that got replaced as you finished them. 4. Fully stocked kitchen crockery, plated, pans and utensils. 5. Drying wrack for wet clothes, a games room downstairs and also a laundry room which is 5 euros to use. 6. Food in the restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. 7. Bus stop right outside, Miramar shopping centre across the road with loads of places to eat and on top of that there’s go karting which was so much fun, highly recommended. 8. Great internet service. 9. 5-10 walk to the beach and the castle. 10. Really friendly helpful staff. Con’s 1. No freezer in the fridge. 2. No iron or ironing board. I’ve already booked my next stay here and hopefully some of my family can come with me, but if not mine is already book, see you in March.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, especially in the bar. Rooms are a good size. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom and some more sockets in the living area, but other than that it had everything you need. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun beds. We never had a problem getting one. There are 2 bars, one near the pool. Meals and drinks were reasonably priced. There is a games room downstairs with pool tables and air hockey, a gym. There is entertainment during the evening. The hotel is very clean, rooms are cleaned every 2 days and bedding changed twice a week It is in a quiet location. 5-10 min walk to the beach. There is a large shopping mall across the road with lots of shops and restaurants including Primark, KFC, Burger King, Subway and a hyper market. A bus stop is right outside and a taxi rank across the road. This is a great hotel and definitely recommend staying here.

El hotel es un lugar fantástico, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas son todo un lujo, pero con lo que mas disfrutamos fue con el equipo de animación. Tami ofrece mucha diversión y cada entretenimiento es mejor que el anterior. Terminamos super satisfechos y los niños también.

We have visited this hotel countless times since it opened in 2001. This is our 3rd time in 2024 and we will be back in November (my wife also came alone in May). I have read reviews by other guests and make the following observations: Those who are complaining appear not to have done so until after they left by leaving a bad review. Our experience is that if you raise concerns whilst you are there, they listen and almost always act. Including moving rooms if they can possibly accommodate that. Even if you’re on a package, if you contact them in advance with preferences like a quiet room high floor, they will try to sort it out. The orientation of the hotel means not all rooms get sun all day long, in fact most get either morning or afternoon sun and in some cases only for a short period of the day. They cannot control nature, so don’t complain about that. There is some road noise, the motorway is close by. However, if you keep the doors closed at night it should not be an issue. I’m a light sleeper and it doesn’t bother me. You may hear reviews saying someone got mugged. These things can happen, although in 20+ years of coming here multiple times, we have never experienced it. My wife has been alone here several times, we both feel safe with that. Same as you would do anywhere, walking alone late at night in dimly lit places is not a good idea. It’s a family hotel, they try to cater for all guests. Sometimes you may not want the entertainment or the animation activities, they make no apology for trying to cater for everyone. The pool is large and they have plenty of beds, you should always be able to find some, if not in your preferred location. They try to deter guests from queuing and leaving towels. If you see it report it to the staff. It doesn’t have a formal restaurant but has a food offer with the usual poolside meals and offer a service for breakfast and meals from the main bar too. We love this hotel, which is why we keep coming back and we have developed a relationship with many of the staff by talking to them. Please don’t leave a bad review without seeking someone out at reception first. Our experience is that they always try to do their best. Including throwing people out of the hotel who came on a package and decided to have a big brawl in the bar. (Many years ago now). It’s a friendly family hotel, with friendly helpful staff, they don’t always get it right 100% of the time because they are human. But given the chance will make it right if you just politely ask them.

Traveled with my husband & sister leaving today after a lovely stay .Hotel is beautiful, rooms spacious,beds very comfortable. Pool spotless everywhere is very clean.Hotel staff & cleaners absolutely lovely.Only negative is a strong smell of sewrage now & again during day & night.The umbrellas at the pool side I think attract flies would be better if they where changed. Thank you for a lovely stay .Big well done to the bar staff
