Hotel is ok but not 4 star, pool was closed, cold not check in till 3.30

Great location in the centre of everything in Fuengirola. Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable room and good variety of food in the buffet style redtaurant. Shame the pool wasn’t open. Really enjoyed the 241 happy hour in the comfortable bar 6-7pm each evening.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, also towels changed daily. Food plentiful with lots of choices. Just prefer it hotter. Spanish people don't like it piping hotel. However they have a microwave for you to heat it up. Drinks choices for evening meal Very limited just water. And 3 type of wine

Le pongo solamente un 2 por 2 razones relacionadas con la energía. Para empezar en la habitación hay solo 2 enchufes, uno en el baño y otro medio escondido en la pared detrás de una butaca que si no investigas no lo ves. Pudiera parecer que es para ahorro de nergía pero resulta que el conector-desconector que hay al introducir la tarjeta-llave o sacarla, no funciona por lo que si no estás pendiente de apagar las luces estas quedan encendidas, vaya gestión de la electricidad!!!. La habitación bien, amplia, al igual que el baño completo. El buffet es muy extenso pero no bien cocinado, el desayuno está aceptable pero comidas y cenas no, el pescado superpasado de fuego al igual que todo lo hecho en la plancha, pollo salado, costillas de cerdo duras... La atención en el bar impecable, no tanto en el comedor que algún camarero utiliza malos modos para decir a los clientes donde tienen que sentarse o porqué se han colocado ahí. La ubicación está bien, frenta al puerto deportivo y al paseo marítimo. Hay bares en una calle lateral a donde dan muchas habitaciones y hay ruido muy molesto. La wifi funciona

Hotel was clean and staff friendly but the rooms so need upgrading, only one socket to charge everything in room, furniture very dated but beds very comfy. Bathroom nice good shower. Balcony big but no light outside so can’t sit out there in the evening and ours had a big crack in floor and metal bars that run on edge paintball chipped off so needs a re paint. We were half board breakfast was fine but dinner not so good. Bar area lovely and reasonably price. Entertainment was ok if your Spanish but the guy who did the bingo was great. The hotel is very big but the carpets are thread bare and the walls need painting. We would stay again as the hotel is not far from train station and in the town right near the beach and reasonably priced.

Cannot fault the staff they was so helpful and kind. I would rate as a 2/3 star but definitely not 4 star! Food was ok. Not a lot of options. Wouldn’t stay here with kids as all they would be eating is chips! The rooms was clean but I will say there was 1 plug socket- this was not enough. None beside the bed. And the pillows were not comfortable at all. The balcony was ok, no light so when it got dark couldn’t see a thing!! Also family 5 rooms down their balacony was wobbly, cave in at any moment!! Air conditioning was heating! Day and night left the door open! I wouldn’t recommend in the summer months! Ok for a small winter break like us for 3 nights. No pool which was a disappointment, dont tell you that when you book! For me I would normally stay again in any hotel but all of the above has put me off and I wouldn’t recommend it. However it is a great location and as I said ok for a few nights. Wouldn’t recommend families in the summer.
