You will love this charming, recently remodeled, 1930’s cabin in downtown Fruita. The backyard is shaded and has ample space for both kids and dogs to play and a great BBQ spot. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever feast you have planned. The dining room has a wood burning fireplace and the perfect spot after a long day of skiing or biking to relax and dine. With families in mind, Maple is fully equipped with board games, toys, a pack in play and high chair.
We fully comply with the City of Fruita short term rental requirements and have completed and passed a thorough safety check.

The backyard has both a grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining, yard is enclosed for animals. The parking is ample and gated- allows for an RV, large vehicles or trailers.
