Premier Inn Frome

One of the best premier inn’s we’ve visited over the last few years! We were pleasantly surprised as we’ve had some less than ideal stays recently. Our room was clean and tidy, well decorated with absolutely no sign of wear and tear. Our welcome and check in was great too. The only thing that stopped our review being 5 star was the breakfast at the beefeater next door. As usual, the quality was poor and the restaurant/seating area was in pretty terrible condition.

Pros: Very friendly & helpful staff. They go through any allergies that diners have very carefully in the on-site Restaurant. Excellent step free access Very comfy beds in the rooms Cleanness in rooms very good. Plenty of parking onsite Signposting is very clear in all areas Cons: The food is very processed all pre packed frozen food. Would stay here again

Excellent room, recommend premier plus option especially if staying more than 1 night. Room was spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The lighting in bathroom was lovely, room included a fridge which was nice for staying more than 1 night. Reception staff at this premier inn were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and tidy. Parking was good and free, seemed to be plenty of parking, good number of disabled bays. Just need to put in car reg on system at reception.

The Hotel was nice and cosy. However the quality of sleep was shocking there was a loud noise during the early hours which was quite intimidating and annoying. The service was good but the room and sleep quality was really poor. The staff were friendly and the beefeater was well connected with direct access from the hotel. The room was nice by first impressions but the bathroom smelt of cigarettes throughout my stay . Worst premier inn ever !

Room clean and recently refurbished but that’s where the good ends! Dirty corridor, broken lift, tired restaurant, sticky tables !! Breakfast, most hot items missing and rushed off table and unable to finish breakfast!! Customer service very basic . If you do stay and pay for breakfast be prepared for having a problem!

We stayed here last minute as we had a major issue with a different hotel. We booked 30 minutes before arriving and I realised I had accidentally booked for one adult rather than two, we were greeted by a lovely lady Cara, very friendly and welcoming. I explained to Cara that I accidentally booked for one adult and she assured me it was no problem and assigned a two person room. We then decided to stay another night and requested the same room. This time we spoke to Lucy who was equally helpful (and another lady in the morning, again super helpful). The staff really make this place! Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. Room was pretty standard for a Premier Inn, it was clean. Although we hadn’t originally planned to stay here for the cost and the service, we’d definitely stay again.
