And, you can pack light and use our washer and dryer. 1 queen master bedroom upstairs with a pullout sofa downstairs. Saltwater Zen is an absolutely fantastic location for a couple or a small family. Fripp Island is an absolutely fantastic location. 25 beach access points and several freshwater pools. There are several restaurants right on the island and even more great options in Beaufort, SC -- a short 12-15 minute drive into town. * Fido will have to stay behind — pets are not allowed — sorry for that. * Note that the resort recently imposed a 12.8% tax on all rental homes, we have had to raise our fees slightly to account for that new tax. It will show up in your price quote as "Club Fee".
