I had a very good opinion of this hotel chain, we have used it for more than 14 years throughout the USA. But... The sheets were dirty. We reported it, they only gave us another set, which, by the way, was also dirty. We went shopping in the area and we bought some clothes, which we hung in a closet next to the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we left the hotel, we forgot to take those clothes with us. The next day, we called the hotel to inform them that we had forgotten our clothes in the closet and at the reception desk, they gave us a lot of thought, they told us that there was nothing in the area they designate for forgotten things. They asked us to call back later. After more than 5 or 6 calls to the hotel and with a thousand and one excuses, they ended up saying that maybe, those clothes had been distributed to them by the cleaning staff and that there was nothing to claim. That's stealing. I have to think that there is a policy for forgotten objects, which they don't respect. Those clothes were in the closet, who else took them? Never again... I'm going to write a complaint to the corporate.

You will encounter multiple key issues!!! Because they say you can’t have your key near your keys, phone, anything magnet or it deactivates it!! Where else are we supposed to carry our keys if not with our most valuables being our phone and keys!!! Very inconvenient! And night staff always seems annoyed. Room is mid quality. The toiletries are nice- DOVE brand. Very outdated place. Small TV.

During my stay at your establishment, I encountered several issues. The housekeeping staff did not speak English fluently and failed to clean my room on multiple occasions. Additionally, the front desk staff was unavailable at times, and I experienced technical difficulties with my room key. Furthermore, the bedding was uncomfortable, and the TV was not functioning properly due to incorrect cable connections. Considering the high cost of my three-night stay, I was disappointed with the quality of service and accommodations provided. I suggest investing in better quality mattresses, sheets, and blankets to enhance the overall guest experience.

Al llegar no encontraba el señor las dos reservas de habitación, culpaba a booking y perdimos mucho tiempo, casi pagamos otra vez , pero por nuestra insistencia encontró la reserva

Hairs in beds and stain on covers , public toilets in lobby absolutely disgusting. Had to change sheets myself as no staff around to help. Unsavory guests one drinking waffle batter then spitting it in a cup and proceeding to pour this into the waffle machine so we did not feel comfortable eating our breakfast. Whole place very dirty, loud train each morning at 3am so no good if your a light sleeper. Offered a poor excuse for compensation all things considered of 50% off our first night ( yet to see this arrive in my bank account) don't bring your family to this place, in its current state it is not suitable for families.

Worst hotel i have stayed my room smell like pee plus roaches I told the front desk did not have any other room available wont be staying here ever. The carpet is duty it really needs a dip cleaning and new furniture . Furniture is duty . There where a lot of families here for soccer tournaments going on. I have stay in la quita hotels before everything ok but not this one do not recommend.
