Stenchy Smell As soon as we opened the door to our room we were greeted with a stenchy odor. We tried to air out our room by opening the windows but it didn’t help. The sheets on the bed had an imbedded stains and so did the extra sheets used for the sofa bed. The room overall felt dirty and I was expecting better from Marriott.

Comfy apartment style stay I enjoyed the hotel room. It was clean but could have been more updated. I enjoyed the cozy apartment style of the suite. The first day my building had a horrible smell. It may have been from someone cooking as the suites do have kitchens but the floors should have air fresheners. The hotel also offers free breakfast but I would suggest to skip the breakfast. If you are low on cash they its decent but other hotels offer better breakfast. The most clean and updated part of the hotel was the lobby. The effort of the lobby should be added to the rooms.

Great room, service could be better. Room was great. Room cleaning every other day,we had to ask for cleaning on day 3. Breakfast area very small,had to take breakfast to the room,no place to sit down.

EV charging is lousy I choose this hotel because it had EV charging. Unfortunately it was not complementary, you have to get an app and register and set up payment. And I could not get it to work. Customer service was not helpful. I'm the future I'm calling ahead to make sure they haven't outsourced charging.

Great makeover/update! Great service from the front desk, excellent breakfast too. Our air conditioner kept the room extremely humid and smelled a bit like mildew. The quality of the front office, hallways, and breakfast room was all top notch makeover from the hotel it preciously was, it did feel like maybe the rooms weren’t completely finished in their transition to TownePlace suites. Unrelated to this rating, but the EV chargers outside [and not run by the hotel] were extremely problematic, I finally got one to work after about 30 minutes.

Simple and nice. Lovely stay. Place was comfy and clean.

The suite was complete with a mini kitchen and the staff very considerate.

Nice stay for 10 nights, very reasonably priced for the amount of nights I stayed.

Over all it’s great just need some furniture update but place is clean and convenient and comfortable.

It didn’t make two stars. Breakfast is terrible and late. Not even welcome coffee. Check in late! Can’t extend any time for check out. Towels are old!
